Easyjet flight refunds

Anyone else having difficulty obtaining a refund for their Easyjet flights? It is widely reported that you can obtain a refund by going to Manage Booking. However there is no option to obtain a refund, only to change your flight to a different one (and who the heck knows how to plan that one?!). The flight I have is to Spain on 31 March and clearly this will be cancelled. Is anyone else having a problem finding the elusive option to get a refund (are Easyjet actually not providing refunds because of Cashflow problems?). TIA for any information you may have.

I am going to email the CEO of Bosch Appliances regarding a dishwasher that is 3 years old, but was never used until 1 3/4 years into that timespan. The engineer told me that Bosch know there is a problem with these machines - the heat pump - but on phoning them they said, no sorry, out of warranty. The fix would be potentially £200 and the machine cost £380 - not worth the risk. People - get emailing the CEOs, @IvyKaty44 may have give us the best gift ever!! But remember, no rants or essays. @DorsetCamping thanks for the heads up DorsetCamping, how annoying that EJ are sending your flight money back to the tour operator. Would you like to share the name of the FB group that you are in, in case any of our posters on here would benefit from joining? Is LoveHolidays refusing to repay you or just ignoring you? Is the s75 transaction dispute your credit card comeback?

They were today.
We have now rescheduled this years summer hols to next year and was a lot cheaper! Still waiting for money back for this year’s though. Pleased I didn’t go for the voucher.
