I've clicked it and nothing happened. And then I thought perhaps it's clicked on some remote computer somewhere. I was expecting a page to come up with details of signing, a bit more like a paper petition. So I'm thinking now - perhaps the click is the signing. And if that's the case then I have signed many times.
