The old thread takes too long to load.

Lets hope this is the one that contains the good news that she has been found alive and well.

Thanks Wolfgirl - I'm also very aware that my parents used to brush off my anxieties mostly so I've gone to great pains to actually address her fears and try to allay them ie

Your window is high up and locked very tightly
and also Ellie (our BIG newfoundland dog!) looks after the house and us and would never, ever let anyone anywhere near the house, so there is no chance someone could steal you as she would chase them far away etc.

I hope I'm dealing with it right as I dont want to make it worse but I definately didnt want to belittle her by being like "dont be silly, go to sleep etc.."

? my 'kid' is fine thanks, havent mentioned her? but well done for being as predicatable as ever. why are you sat waiting for people to add to this thread, thought you had a job in real life, or is this your job now?
you really are pathetic

Wolfgirl · 06/06/2007 10:14

oooh dear! sorry icod, bit ott myself on that little outburst. think you got the jist of my annoyance though, even though imparted a little harshly.

binkleandflip · 06/06/2007 10:18

I actually dont think you should apologise wolfgirld tbh - your responded in kind in my opinion.

If the comment from cod was directed at me, perhaps she should re-read my post as she may have missed the point. I want the news to receed. I haven't involved my dd in it - her school has I think.

Hello icod,
Do bear in mind that unless someone reports comments that breach our abuse policy, we don't necessarily see them to consider them for deletion. A reminder also that we are here to help - shouting at people who want to discuss something you don't, isn't that helpful now is it?
Cheers,
MN Towers
