That was OM Arthur Batchelor. Pte Norris was a 19 year old medic who climbed on top of a Warrior whilst under small arms fire to rescue the vehicle commander. That small staement doesn't do justice to her actions though, follow lapin's link for full information. Pte Norris received a Military Cross for her actions.
