Then they some nutty bint on the phones saying Shilpa is out of order as she expects everyone to stand up when she enters the room, and she is not in that culture now.

Oh yeah, I love bullying and confrontation, me. I don't see bakedbeans backing out of this completely cowed, do you? We are arguing about something. There are more people on here who think it's racism than think it's ignorance I suppose, so maybe that's why it seems like bullying. I don't like to see racist comments go unchallenged, let alone excused.
