bundle · 11/04/2006 14:05

my c/s were for: failure to progress (dd1 acidotic and still 2cm to go..) and unexplained hypotension (85/40)during trial of labour, bp wouldn't go back up with fluids etc (they thought i'd had a uterine rupture)

If she had a section, I'm sure it would have been medically necessary because she is the queen natural freak. No way would she have one she didn't absolutely need. Do you remember when she had those ring marks on her back? Can't remember what they are called.

Tortington · 11/04/2006 18:42

balls! she didn't want a flappy fanny

LadyTophamHatt · 11/04/2006 19:01

Janh · 11/04/2006 19:02

MOSES!!!!!

fuzzywuzzy · 11/04/2006 19:02

Uwila that was cupping, and the marks aren't permanant. I agree with custardo personally. Btw what did she have with Apple natural or c-sec??

pupuce · 11/04/2006 19:04

I thought Gwyneth had a section with her 1st but I also thought it was NOT public knowledge...........

LadyTophamHatt · 11/04/2006 19:06

"After Apple's birth, Paltrow appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and said she didn't understand why people were making a big deal about her daughter's name. Paltrow said it was Martin who came up with Apple.

"It conjured such a lovely picture for me — you know, apples are so sweet and they're wholesome and it's biblical — and I just thought it sounded so lovely and clean," Paltrow told Winfrey."

pupuce · 11/04/2006 19:18

This is what was said about Apple's birth... does not rule a section...
"Apple Blythe Alison Martin was born in London after a long labour, on 14 May, and weighed 9lb 11oz," she said.

"Both mother and baby are very well."

compo · 11/04/2006 19:25

Kind of apt that she gave birth in Mount Sinai Medical Centre and named the baby Moses. I think it's nice Smile

Gem13 · 11/04/2006 19:30

I like Moses.

DS has a biblical name (already featured on this thread) and when we were at a toddler gym one day a woman told me her son was called Moses after both of his grandfathers and another woman piped up that her son was called Moses too!

Moses is clearly the new Jack!

Piffle · 11/04/2006 19:35

Nope pretty sure she did not have a section with Apple, well unless she lied about it, she said anyone who refuses pain relief as she did was a martyr and next time she'd grab it with both hands -
plus they came out the same day to show Apple off and left hospital the next day.
I'm not if thats conclusive though
Wonder how popbitch knew all this huh....

NotAnOtter · 11/04/2006 19:39

please dont say that ...i will change it

pupuce · 11/04/2006 19:49

I have no definite proof but my doula contact does have her own contacts in private hospitals....
