I think moses is a good name - apple is rubbish - but I'm almost p'd off I didnt think of moses myself

noddyholder · 10/04/2006 19:06

I really like it.What on earth is embaressing about it?Names are a v individual personal thing I really like Chris and Gwyneth (not that I know them!)but they seem really likeable and good role models

chocolateshoes · 10/04/2006 19:07

I love the name Moses & it was on my list when expecting DS. DP wasn't so keen so it didn't make it.

CaptainDippy · 10/04/2006 19:10

I always though Moses was a black person's name. Dunno why, just did. Moses Jones. Moses Martin. Interesting. Thought they'd go for something more normal than Apple. Shame though. I rather liked Mung Bean. Sad Wink

georginarf · 10/04/2006 19:48

Spidermama is quite right, I'd carp whatever they chose Grin

Pruni · 10/04/2006 20:30

Excellent choice poorme.
Don't listen to this bunch.

roosmum · 10/04/2006 20:36

i like moses, dh surprised me by being v keen on apple. feel like moses maybe has a lot to live up to!

QoQ - i get the biblical ref, i just wondered whether they were religious people, as G seemed to value the biblical connotations of apple (makes me think more of a bag of granny smiths, tho, or an orchard!) than the bible.

schneebly · 10/04/2006 20:36

we just like slagging celebs - the name is fine really!

bubble99 · 10/04/2006 20:37
