I like fudge too!
To a restaurant Scumsy! Got babysitter in!

Rhubarb · 03/02/2006 14:05

Blimey! Nearly typed "babyshitter"!

Lonelymum · 03/02/2006 14:07

Sorry, I had to go and get some lunch for ds3..

Bi bashing? No I am not bi-bashing. Is this the QofQ treatment? I happen to find it odd that it seems to be seemingly hetero people who end up having secret gay affaris rather than the other way round, that's all. It seems to me that a lot of secretly gay people are getting married to conform (which is sad for all concerned) and then saying they are bi.

What really offends me about this is that people are having affairs. I find that reprehensible and don't care who knows that. If people are having a relationship with someone of one sex, finishing, and having a relationship with someone of another sex, then that is less bother to me. But so often, they are carrying on two relationships at once and I find that reprehensible whatever the sexuality involved.

madmarchhare · 03/02/2006 14:13

Silly bint, how can she comment on what 'the norm' is?

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 14:13

georginars · 03/02/2006 14:15

in the words of Phoebe from friends....

Sometimes men love women
Sometimes men love men,
And then there are bisexuals
Though some just say they're kidding themselves.
La lalala lalalalala la
La la lalala lala la la

well I lived in Islington for years and years and Chris Smith was my MP. He was excellent and never made any secret of the fact he is gay. Lowri Turner is trying - and failing - to be the next J. Burchill. Private Eye often run hilarious stories about her and what a little liar she is!

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 14:41

Chris Smith seems like a total loveliskins, i always think.

Marina · 03/02/2006 14:42

And I even like Alan Duncan...for a Tory.
agree Chris Smith was a cutie and he was abnormally pro-libraries during his all too brief reign in Kulcha

donnie · 03/02/2006 14:45

sigh....the old skool labour....a thing of the past methinks!

Blu · 03/02/2006 14:45

Chris Smith is excellent.

I saw him in Waitrose in the Holloway Rd once. He had NOTHING in his trolley except champagne and cat food, huge quantities of each.

eefs · 03/02/2006 14:46

fudging bisexuals (snort)

Caligula · 03/02/2006 14:47

pmsl at champagne and cat food.

Was he doing some kind of photo shoot?

Marina · 03/02/2006 14:48

Good job no-one here ever went for drinkies at his place.
Ah, Mr Minister, with these little pate balls you are really spoiling us...

Blu · 03/02/2006 14:49

He may have been on the way home from his Cat Parenting course?

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 14:49

Champagne and cat food- ace! I need both, actually. Well cat needs latter not me but ykwim.

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 14:50

Almost certainly, blu.

Marina · 03/02/2006 14:50

Why piddle about with champers after any sort of parenting course when vodka is clearly called for though?

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 14:52

Maybe the first lesson is that cats prefer champagne?

Blu · 03/02/2006 15:08

The Social cat
The Contented Little Cat Book
The Kitten Whisperer
ALL recommend meeting your cat's needs.

That doesn't mean fobbing them off with Spanish Cava.

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 15:11

The WHO recommend that kittens are weaned onto champagne, don't they? & at the thought of giving them cava.

Caligula · 03/02/2006 15:24

Well I gave my cat Sekt at six weeks, and she's perfectly OK now. Hunts worms perfectly well.

Blu · 03/02/2006 15:25

yes, weaned onto champagne, but NOT before 6 months.

Marina · 03/02/2006 15:26

I thought they had to be two years old
no wonder ours left home
