See below

Homosexuals should not run the country

Apologies if you've seen this - is the woman mad?

OP posts:
quickbrownfox · 03/02/2006 13:45

ha thought that was on purpose

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 13:45

wasn't i promise. my typing goes shite too sometimes.

Blu · 03/02/2006 13:47

Rocking with laughter here.
Cod's typo, Cat-parenting....

Scummy - I believe the counsellor got straight to the UNDErLYING problems with their decision-making and power dynamics as a whole - or some other way of getting the stove installled, anyway.

Lonelymum · 03/02/2006 13:48

I don't have a problem with gay people running the country - let's face it, even family man Tony Blair was caught out by his lack of understanding of the everyday problem of not being able to get to see your GP on the day you need to - but I do think Lowri has a point when she writes about bisexual people. I just find it really hard to believe that people can't make up their minds about which sex they wish to sleep with. As she says, it is always the heterosexuals in a marriage or equivalent relationship who turn out to have a gay relationship on the side suggesting their marriage is window dressing, rahter than gay men who have a woman on the side. I wonder why?

Rhubarb · 03/02/2006 13:48

How's life daaaawn saaaaarf then?

Caligula · 03/02/2006 13:49

Did they eventually go for the environmentally-friendly heating option?

Marina · 03/02/2006 13:49

Underlying? Did they settle on under-floor heating as a non-intrusive compromise?
Can Monsieur Cod make a souffle though? and how sorted is his sock drawer?

Rhubarb · 03/02/2006 13:49

I thought you were going to type "Tony Blair was caught out dogging" or something!!!!

Blu · 03/02/2006 13:49

Lonelymum....have you thought of writing for the Western Mail?

Lonelymum · 03/02/2006 13:50

No but I would jump at the chance!

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 13:51

Am stuck in with sickly boy again but generally fine. How's France and life?

Lonelymum · 03/02/2006 13:51

Who knows Rhubabrb? Only time will tell and maybe not even then...

Blu · 03/02/2006 13:51

But are some of your best freinds bisexual?

Lonelymum · 03/02/2006 13:51

Funny you should ask Blu....

crunchie · 03/02/2006 13:52

lonelymum there is not just black and white in sexuality. There are many shades of grey. There are some on both sides who are bi-curious, who want to see what it's like with the other/same sex, and many more who fall for the person.

I once worked with a girl who was fab and she had had both male and female relaionships, she always said that she fell for the person they are rather then the sex they were IYKWIM

Blu · 03/02/2006 13:53

WEll, then i am sure you are well placed to make astute judgements about their sexuality, and just like Lowris'd gay frends will be delighted to see it all there inprint! Go for it!

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 13:54

Mkaes sense to me Crunch. As long as people are happy and not shitting on someone else a la oaten who cares?

crunchie · 03/02/2006 13:55

Also, in this country (rightly or wrongly) it is easier to be straight (see huge thread about hetrosexual children) so a lot of people conform to make life easier.

Rhubarb · 03/02/2006 13:55

Yes but people do shit on each other - did you miss that thread!

France is cold and wet but am going out tonight! What's up with yer boy?

Marina · 03/02/2006 13:56

As Woody Allen said, it doubles your chances of a date on Saturday night. Sounds good to me.

crunchie · 03/02/2006 13:56

BTW I do think that sex on the side if you are married is wrong, it makes no difference to me that Mark Oaten was sleeping with a boy not a girl.

How many other people have affairs?

Marina · 03/02/2006 13:57

NOT shitting on each other...bisexuality!
What's wrong with Mr Scumskins O'Parsley today then?

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 13:57

Missed shitting on each other thread- phew. Boy wonder has nasty throat infection. Bit better today so far though.
France is not allowed to be cold and wet. Where you off to tonight then?

QE2 · 03/02/2006 13:58

Bi-bashing is the new in thing then Lonelymum?

ScummyMummy · 03/02/2006 13:58

LOL at x postings on here!
