Just seen on Twitter and in a few articles like this, that there are meant to be plans for a riot in Enfield tonight and riot police are in the town centre?

Used to live there, and got family there (luckily a fair distance from the centre), but fucking hell! What the hell is going on?

It's becoming fashionable for men who murder women to say that the women "wanted it"., just like they secretly "want rape" . Many judges believe these men's lies that the murders are "sex games gone wrong"

Actually, the patriarchal reversals are out in full swing there in that Daily Fail article about the 22 year old woman. It is entitled The very modern face of a British rioter

When we already have hard data (BBC) which shows 95% of the rioters are men.
So it's the same old faces, committing the same old crimes

I think that we have yet to see how this gross episode has yet to be played out. Politicians must provide the expected horror response and talk of 'pure criminality', but also the demographic mix of offenders will provide the lie to the belief that it is only the 'disadvantaged underclass' who behave pretty poorly when the invitation presents itself.

The day a father is punished and made homeless for a crime his daughter has committed (not counting these madmen who think a woman having sex outside marriage is a crime) will be the day hell freezes over.

Most the rioters are male. However more benefit scroungers are female than male and the more we turf out of council accommodation the better.

The riots are not a gender or race or even class issue. They are just opportunists and the police didn't quite get their stance right at the start. It's all over now bar the shouting and soon it will be far too cold to hang around street corners. We never have riots for long in the UK.

The fact we have virtually no money in public coffers though means that if we can use the riots to help through measures massively to cut back state provision in all kinds of areas then so much the better. The gravy train needs to be stopped. We cannot afford it any more.
