OP posts:
Empusa · 07/08/2011 01:09

I just feel so sorry for all the people stuck living in that area while all this is going on :( It's going to be a long night for them tonight, and I don't imagine the next few days will be better.

I think that the people who've organised this riot are idiots. As for the twats with the petrol bombs :(

I just hope no one gets hurt or killed tonight.

So far, it seems, barely anyone knows what actually happened with the original shooting, and rioting because of a "might have" is ridiculous.

Why not wait until the facts are out before getting angry? It may well turn out they are all out there defending a man who carries and possibly uses guns. And possibly did use the gun, prompting the reaction.

Is that really a person worth fighting for?

twinklypearls · 07/08/2011 01:09

But you said that you don;t see many law abiding people who look like that picture. You were not posting about his actions but the way he looked.

Empusa · 07/08/2011 01:11

Ignore Tarty, she's been going round MN for a while saying "shocking" things, looking for a reaction.

Not worth reacting too.

To. Not too.

Thornykate · 07/08/2011 01:12

At least be honest about why you posted the picture Tarty. The only thing worse than a xenophobe is one who pretends not to be.

How many threads on MN include photo links to show what those involve look like?

Do you really expect people to believe that you included that picture for no reason?

twinklypearls · 07/08/2011 01:12

I have never noticed Tarty before, is she an old poster with a new name. The opinions seem very familiar.

yes Empusa - I now learn to ignore her.

Thornykate · 07/08/2011 01:13

Yes Empusa good advice!

twinklypearls · 07/08/2011 01:15

Do all gangsters wear white shirts with chunky jewellery? Is Peter Andre a gangster?

Thornykate · 07/08/2011 01:15

That well known gangster outfit- a white shirt Hmm

My dad must be Tony fkin Soprano then Grin

Really must hide thread now

twinklypearls · 07/08/2011 01:16

I have worked in schools full of mini gangsters.

GypsyMoth · 07/08/2011 01:17

When I was an officer in the met I volunteered to assist with riot training in hounslow. It's a massive village/town mock up place. We had to 'riot' and a few had to throw petrol bombs, all very realistic. Me and a few colleagues were having a great time 'goading' the, what was then tsg,til we rounded a corner and came face to face with the horses! Terrifying it was. Great day tho

Hope this latest trouble is over soon, sad to see

I can see that empusa is right, you're looking for a fight. I cba to give you what you want, I'm just glad that I don't know you or anyone like you in rl, if it wasn't for multiculturalism I wouldn't be here and neither would I have my dp, dd, my uncle and most of my cousins (some of whom look and pose like that man but I can assure you are not criminals)

My heart goes out to his family, especially his children, it said up thread that he had four! :(

twinklypearls · 07/08/2011 01:21

But you said you could tell from the picture that he was trouble. I have seen Peter Andre in a similar white shirt and his wedding ring looked like the one in the photo.

I am off to bed now.

MrsRhettButler · 07/08/2011 01:24

Goodnight twinklypearls, this one is definitely not worth arguing with.

isn't it so rare to get large amounts of people on the street if the only issue was the death of a local 'gangster'?

it's prob. more connected to sings's post.

goodasgold · 07/08/2011 01:51

How awful for the people that are living there.

AmberLeaf · 07/08/2011 04:50

Now they are looting Wood green
