Yet another wonderful aspect of allowing millions of people into the country. The NHS is suffering a mid wife crisis in large part to the high birth rate amongst immigrant mothers.

No doubt the LibLabCon solution is to import the required midwives from overseas, and of course they will all start having kids as well.

The British National Party would instead train young unemployed British women, (not as many as this article says is needed as most of these immigrants would not be here to bleed our NHS dry in the first place.) They would get full grants while they study as the British National Party would have never have invaded Iraq & Afghanistan and as a result not have blown up £20 billion pounds. Also since these wars 100,000s of Iraqis and Afghanis hav moved to the UK, and are now having kids. This would never have happened either.

So well done all you clueless Lib Lab Con voters for ruining this country.

How about we ship out all the awful prejudiced people that the country would be better off without to make room for the people who want to come here to work for a better life.

How about we ship out all the traitorous white liberals to somewhere like the Congo. Then we'll be all happy. You can be a white minority 'enjoying' multi culturism and we can live in peace here on OUR island home, without it being overrun by millions of people from the 3rd world. Why can't they make a better life for themselves in their own country instead of coming to ours. I suppose that would be the hard option.

Brightspark it would be the NHS that would train them not a poltical party!! They would just ensure the NHS gets the money not cruise missiles to kill innocent civillians in their own countries. As I say there would have been another 20 billion in the Kitty if they had of been in power as they were totally against illegal wars that a lot of you lot have supported by voting for the warmongers.

Woman have babies. It is a fact of life, pregnant women need midwives. That is with or without there being immigrants coming here and having babies.

Plus people leave this country to live abroad. I know people that have moved to America, Australia and a few that have gone to countries in Europe and then had children. What's the difference?

One in four births in England and Wales last year were to a mother born overseas, according to the Office for National Statistics. (compfan note. This does not include woman of non british descent born here having babies)

They accounted for 174,174 births, representing 24.7 per cent of the 706,248 new arrivals in 2009.

That was the highest proportion since the nationality of mothers started being recorded in 1969 and has doubled in the last 20 years alone.

The figures demonstrate how immigration can drive up the population beyond just the direct inflow of migrants.....
