www.express.co.uk/posts/view/223991/Crisis-as-migrant-birth-rate-increases

Yet another wonderful aspect of allowing millions of people into the country. The NHS is suffering a mid wife crisis in large part to the high birth rate amongst immigrant mothers.

No doubt the LibLabCon solution is to import the required midwives from overseas, and of course they will all start having kids as well.

The British National Party would instead train young unemployed British women, (not as many as this article says is needed as most of these immigrants would not be here to bleed our NHS dry in the first place.) They would get full grants while they study as the British National Party would have never have invaded Iraq & Afghanistan and as a result not have blown up £20 billion pounds. Also since these wars 100,000s of Iraqis and Afghanis hav moved to the UK, and are now having kids. This would never have happened either.

So well done all you clueless Lib Lab Con voters for ruining this country.

My goodness,
What a ridiculous post.
Are you for real?

kaj32 · 20/01/2011 04:03

Well if the express and Nick (I'm net racist, honest gov) Griffin say it's true.

FFS people are having more babies, it happens in most recessions apparently oh and you know all the time.

You really are an offensive idiot OP

If a baby is only half immigrant stock- like mine- do you think they should be entitled to half a midwife?

kelway · 20/01/2011 09:24

when i had dd i was the only english speaking women in labour in a ward or about 20, lots of translaters. i remember the midwives weren't thrilled about it, they would talk about it plus at the pre natal meetings.

I'd respond with more, but your post doesn't deserve the attention it already has Smile

RealityIsKnocked up is typical of the mindset of the sneering traitor liberals running this country. They do not have faith in their own countries youth and would sooner just ship in ready trained people. The call centres of Britain are full of young women that would make wonderful midwives.

Your children will not thank you for what you are doing to this country.

Would the British National Party give these "trainee midwives" a choice in their profession or would these women have to do it, would it also apply to men?

Reality PMSL at no JSA for you, go deliver a baby. PS Can I join you in "running the country"

PS OP I'm about to have a baby in 4 weeks I'd love it if you could guarantee me a "shipped in ready trained person". Many thanks

scurryfunge · 20/01/2011 12:39

Is it half term yet or is the OP a regular fuckwit?

me23 · 20/01/2011 12:45

oh please as a student midwife myself I can tell you there are plenty of qualified mws and mws in training that are available and want jobs but no jobs available, due to the government not creating enough posts. The midwifery profession is dangeously understaffed and has many mws looking for jobs that don't exist.

missmehalia · 20/01/2011 12:47

You poor soul. Biscuit

LaraJade · 20/01/2011 12:50

To be a midwife you have to do a 3year university adv dip or degree. Or do an 18mth conversion course if u are a degree nurse. To get on a midwife course at uni you need to have A-levels, a degree or relevant access course + have shown interest / have healthcare experience. The training is very academic + u are expected to complete a large number of supervised deliveries to qualify. Midwives have to be highly trained independent practitioners.
You seem to be suggesting anyone can do the job. I'm a nurse but i couldn't be a midwife. I value the differing skills + experiences my foreign colleagues bring to healthcare btw.
Also we may be short of midwives but there are'nt the job vacancies for those who are qualified!
We need a baby boom to pay for the OAPs - IME the immigrants i know have a strong work ethic + pay tax.
Re: the BNP. I was a 90s teen. I remember they had links to combat 18, and european fascist groups. I remember an interview in the DM where the BNP politician said there were too many jews on TV - before naming Esther Rantzen + poor Dani Behr!!
Now i see the BNP has decided to wear nice suits and exploit british white (christian) people's current media-fuelled fears over muslim extremists and immigrants - well, you know, anyone different. Please do correct me if i'm wrong :).

DooinMeCleanin · 20/01/2011 12:50

me23 don't confuse the poor little troll op with cold hard facts. I doubt her pretty little brain could take it.

Nick has told her it is true, so it is true. No further research necessary. Afterall politicians never lie do they? Hmm

mummyls · 20/01/2011 12:52

Are you for real? do people like you exist?
How about we ship out all the awful prejudiced people that the country would be better off without to make room for the people who want to come here to work for a better life.

HalleLouja · 20/01/2011 12:56

People like her do exist my MIL for one. She said to me (not English background) that she was thinking of voting BNP Hmm. I just told her she won't be seeing her grandson anymore.

Goes back to her own country - oh no my family have been here since the 1930's so better stay.

HalleLouja · 20/01/2011 12:56

That was if she voted BNP she wouldn't be seeing DS.

JenaiMarrHePlaysGuitar · 20/01/2011 12:59

The British National Party would instead train young unemployed British women...

I just wonder how good this training will be tbh. Do the BNP have much experience of midwifery? Maybe Nick Griffin is a doula or something. Confused

DooinMeCleanin · 20/01/2011 13:02

Why young women anyway? Why not young men? Or middle aged women?
