I'm here in America, and I will probably get to see the next one come up, but will miss the last 2 because I have to take DS to football practice. I wish I had to stay home to see the last miner rescued was an excuse not to go.

I can't get over how clean they look, also. I've been sitting here wondering how they smelled ever since the 1st one came out.

haha that the international media doesn't know how many rescuers/paramedics are down there.

Not necessarily a Christmas single, but a cheery feelgood single featuring all the international help (NASA, global mining expertise, the chaps who survived the Andes Aircrash who gave them a pep-talk, Barack Obama, the Pope etc etc all glued). And whenever we are about to go to war we can all remember to sing the Chilean Miners' song.

dp mentioned how it must stink down there and while the miners may not notice, he felt sorry for the rescuers!
