CWWM. DH is on a 'how to make a timber frame building' course, somewhere in wild and woolly wales.He will be camping, but plans to sleep in van and have a 'tarp' shelter to cook/drink/hang out in. You would think it was happening mid-sahara with all the prep and palava.

I am having a bonfre tonight all to myself. No one saying 'are you going to put some bits of wood down first' and 'just use a bit of petrol ..get it goin'. Will be careful though, I have had my hair on fire twice already this yearits only a bit crispy. Stop sniggering at the back there, am very capable woman.

We had a fun afternoon at a classic car show. Ice cream was had.

We were going to go to the Zoo on Saturday on the way home, but decided against it due to cost and knackeredness. We'll definitely do it next month. I bet his face was a picture Ali.

I am shattered today and the house is a tip. This is what happens when we have a fun-packed weekend, argh!

JKS - yay for DS2 and the yoghurt! That is v.good on the co-ordination front

Opposite me on the train yesterday there was the king of all listmakers. He had a notebook with TO DO on the front and colour coded tabs with things like HOME AND GARDEN, WORK, FINANCES, HOLIDAY etc and then had lots of lists within each section. I was quite impressed but got the impression our lists wouldn't pass muster!

Back with a list today, though I really want to sit in the garden!

JKS technically he could come at any point due to the irritable uterus. I keep having little spells of contractions, a couple of hours of them coming every 11-12mins, or 15mins etc. It has made me more organised that is for sure! I ended up getting a diary a couple of months ago as i kept forgetting stuff, and now it has a list at the beginning of each week of stuff to be done each week. Hospital bag is pretty much packed though.

Friend has hopefully found a new venue for her baby shower (much nearer her friends/family) which is a bit of a relief. I offered to hold it for her after original person couldn't, but would have been a lot of work. Now only have to worry about her and baby's present.
