for CWWM

What desperately needs doing?

Put a washload on then come back and pick another job. I will be here to encourage (and be bossy )

DD has had calpol now. She has a snotty cold and is off her food a bit and is very grumpy.

minimammoth · 01/06/2010 11:22

Ayup Nah Then...Am feeling all nostalic for Yorkshire now. From Rotherham, lived in Sheffield too, so know it well. Might have to lapse into dialect more often.
Pouring rain here too Ali. trying to pluck up courage to go out. Am having a week off, which is why I am on mn clearly, avoiding list.

minimammoth · 01/06/2010 11:23

can anyone tell me what nostalic is?

Alicetheinvisible · 01/06/2010 11:31

Is it northern for nostalgic perhaps?

Freak

JKS - I love it when DH comes to things with me, not that it happens more than once in a blue moon! Am going out for lunch with a friend and her two DDs tomorrow, trying to persuade DH to come along for an extra pair of hands!

I think DS is teething. He hardly ate any lunch, just wanted a beaker of milk cuddled on the sofa. Asked for a blanket, and then got down and said he was going to bed! This is a first. So he is in bed. I really should get cracking on the cleaning, but I want to play computer games

Lots more sick from dd, have pretty much given up. all seems a bit pointless today and I have cabin fever

JustKeepSwimming · 01/06/2010 15:44

Well, i have totally lost track of my cycle and thought AF had arrived but it hasn't really - didn't someone else say they had a light AF? Well i did a test just now as i found one (clearing cupboard!) and it was negative, will try the other one tomorrow morning if i remember.

comewhinewithme · 01/06/2010 16:02

JKS DS is 12 then it goes 10,8,7,4,1 .

I had a light af for the first three months of L's pg.

JustKeepSwimming · 01/06/2010 16:14

Nice age gaps there And are you 'done'?

I had regular afs at 4, 8 & 12 weeks in DS1's pg, but was more conventional during DS2's.

I kind of think i might be but don't want to get carried away just yet.

I normally have 30-32day cycles. Not sure when last AF started but think it was just before the 2nd May (can only remember that Sun AF was heaviest, so I must have started a few days before), so say 29th April.
That would today CD34.
Had some bleeding on Fri CD30 so assumed AF was arriving, but basically nothing since, weird.

Only 2 'chances', what would be CD9ish or CD27ish, neither seem likely. Will have to keep waiting...

comewhinewithme · 01/06/2010 16:25

I am done JKS, L was a double contraceptive faliure and I have the implant in my arm now until dp gets the snip .

Fingers crossed for testing tomorrow .

Am awreight CWWM.(apart from the items below)
Wasting is it the heating element? you have probably checked that.

Anyway, am in:
a)depression, since can't get into any of last years summer trousers.

b) duvet induced madness. Why do they put the fastners in different places and duvet, therefore not fitting, had a fight with the flipping thing, and its still got empty bits.
Sorry you are still suffering Freaki. I recommend putting your head in a cupboard and screaming.

FreakoidOrganisoid · 01/06/2010 17:51

See profile for a new pic

You will be pleased to know that I have since put away the bedding on the chair, tidied away the brick trolley and righted the bucket. Oh and ds is now awake and dd back on the sofa

(think I have gone slightly crazy)
