Evening all 5 mins with a cuppa before a little homework with DS. Very busy weekend now have to catch up with housework.
Friday's ceremony went well lovely day. Didn't really catch up with anyone as my close friends in class either didn't turn-up, have left or are in Canada. Hey! never mind I now have a shiny thing I'm sure its worth 2 points.
Sat was lovely a little housework. The our local independant councillor called to help us with our planning. We are going to vote for her anyway as she used to be a Policewoman and a Headteacher (so she's right up our street) she also works very hard locally.
We then went to a rugby tourament for Help the Heroes at the Police Sports Club Ds played with friends I chatted & DH watched sport what not to like.
Neighbours over for dinner and are going to support our planning application against the planner as they want the same in the future (another tick)
Sunday Cycling & swimming Lovely
Sorry to go on but I love this weekend withourt church and gymnastics we did more fun stuff as a family.
Hey! see ya later times up on MN.
Hope you all had a good weekend
RR All I can say is yukky clove oil for tooth & maybe Vit C for health. You've sounded run down the last few posts.

Nuttybear · 26/04/2010 18:25

Hi all
Still getting by - just! Hope to be a better flyfriend in a few weeks' time! Still only 9 weeks, I'd forgotten how slowly these first 12 weeks go. Midwife said scans very busy at the minute and dating scan may be at 15 weeks! Think you don't breathe a sigh of relief til after that scan.
Anyway, enough about me - have read thread but am falling asleep ... so love to all and bb tomorrow

Wolfcub · 26/04/2010 21:10

swan I am definitely not lovely and hot I am ginger and fat! Very good to get lots of positive feedback on the dresses though, I am generally a jeans and jumper kind of girl.

Have sorted and packed holiday first aid kit
done washing up
wm unloaded reloaded and on

scattyspice · 27/04/2010 08:04

Makingchanges · 27/04/2010 09:55

Morning all

I am in agony - I ache all over from my gym session yesterday. I am training for Race for Life and as I have been injured, trying to get some time with personal trainer in to help me to progress but wow, she has found muscles I didn't know I have.

Managed to get sign language notes done after meeting last night so one this less for today.

Todays list:-

  • Hoover stairs and all upstairs
  • Finish tidying understairs
  • Sort fridge out - Looks like someones been rummaging and I can't find anything
  • May try to thin down some of DD's toys
  • Whats for tea - think I have some chicken in fridge so something with that I think
  • DD to nursery - Walk back from nursery tonight on Scooter I think
  • Finance day - Find some (I really don't want to look at my bank account)
  • Washing, washing and more washing
  • WW meeting tonight. I will be when I get on those scales

We have a wasp flying around, going to try and capture it - Back later

Makingchanges · 28/04/2010 11:34

Morning all

My plans for yesterday when pearshaped when I ended up in bed for a couple of hours with a migraine - still had it when I went to bed. Think its cos of the weather - muggy weather always brings them on. Did manage to go to WW meeting but didn't stay for the lecture - Put 2.5 lb on - and i'd been to the gym 5 times last week I think i'm either going to have to change my diet (But didn't really understand Slimming world when I tried it before) or go back to basics with this one

Had to cancel my other meeting last night as DH didn't come home until after 8 and was supposed to be home at 6 so today I have to write a book review and sent it via e-mail to catch up on what I missed.

Done so far

  • Shopping - Went to asda as nearest MILs - I hate that shop although they have some good bargains
  • Dropped DD off at GPs

To DO

  • Washing, washing, washing
  • Whats for lunch - may have jacket potato
  • Unpack shopping
  • Write and e-mail book review
  • Sign language - think of some questions for tonights lesson - We are discussing (well signing food) it just makes me hungry
  • Try and get a bit of exercise done this afternoon
  • Whats for tea - only me to cook for - I need to stay away from the chips and other fatty rubbish

Best get moving - back later

frubear · 28/04/2010 13:46

Oooo can i join and where do I start?

swanriver · 28/04/2010 14:22

Frubear - there is a another monthly thread which posts babysteps etc at top, (see No Fooling with Fledging Flyers) but otherwise on this thread kind people post zones etc, which you might find confusing, or maybe not
on either thread you are very welcome, I post on both

swanriver · 28/04/2010 14:23

or - there is a new thread starting called May - Fleglings thingy for those who are completely new to FlyLady. More kind people start one every month. Starts Ist May and you can book your spot when it appears!

frubear · 28/04/2010 18:31

thanks, I'll jump on the may fledgling thread...you guys sound pretty organised!

Wolfcub · 28/04/2010 21:09

frubear I'm definitely not organised
