Everyone is welcome,
we are a friendly bunch,
we post our lists big or small,
tick jobs off as we go along.

We give each other a kick up the bum when needed or shoulder to cry moan on,
and a pat on the back.

Wasting i can't reach ours either!

JKS i broke my leg badly nearly 3yrs ago and the last 8 or so months it has felt almost normal, but the last week/2wks it has felt really weak and painful over the break. Whether it is down to the extra weight or the fact that it is still healing and can't properly because the baby is stealing all the nutrients.

How was the rest of the day CC?

Wasting ds generally goes down easier (and sleeps longer) without a nap but sometimes it backfires quite spectacularly!

Ferret I can get like that with washing but now I fold it and put it on top of my chest of drawers and as that is one of the places I hate having clutter I deal with it faster.

Ali mostly I don't want a relationship yet but when I see window cleaner who is good looking AND nice AND good with dc it makes me go a bit funny! So that would be every 8 weeks then (fancied him looooong before split with H)

The beeping has stopped, so I think the battery must be dead. I'll get DH to sort it in the morning.
So annoying, the fire brigade installed it only a couple week ago and it's supposed to be a ten year irreplaceable battery.

Well, that serves me right for gloating about early bedtime, it's barely given me any extra evening after running around trying to sort the alarm!

Never mind!

I am determined to be happy and productive this evening, and the short lists have been brilliant this afternoon, so I'll carry on.

• bring washing in from outside done

• put some newspaper on table, find paint, brush and pot to water it down in done

• make a coffee + snack doing (only problem with having tea earlier, I'm hungry again)

CC dd1 can get like that it is quite trying, so it might be her age and not helped by her condition
(although I blame everything on my thyroid so don't listen to me)

Ferret The washing situation is exactly what I'm in but I am determined to put it right before dcs go back to school

I'm going to venture to Ikea and get 2 Billy bookcases , one for each dcs room

So tomorrow I am going to deliver cake and bring dcs to the 'big' library, quite looking forward to it myself

Morning, anyone DCs affected by the hr going forward a couple of weeks ago. DD3 hasnt slept properly since, she was awake for about 3 hrs during the night, am exhausted, going to leave her asleep and give toddlers a miss this morning.

Cikecaka Yep! DD was still awake at 10pm last night, despite being in bed for over an hour and a half already, quite happy but awake. A couple of times she has woken in the night to take off a wet nappy too she is not bothered during the day!

I haven't had a subway for over 10 years I used to be v v v v shy and I never used to go anywhere where you had to ask for stuff rather than just pick it up off shelf so they scared me with too much communication required

Alice - I don't tidy toys during the day, at all. I have a quick tidy before dinner and ove anything which has got into the kitchen, on the stairs etc, but then I tidy properly once DS has gone upstairs for the night.
It keeps me sane doing it this way, otherwise I am just chasing my tail all day long.
