JKS - I saw your thread yesterday but I have no advice, I am crap with plants. We once had a basil plant that grew to 3 feet high and blocked all the light

I didn't go to bed early enough last night so feeling sleepy this morning. On the plus side my new garden furniture is being delivered today! DH got me one of those steamer chairs for my birthday so that I can relax in the garden with a G&T, and we have also bought a bench. Just need some summer now!

I had a big post typed yesterday but don't know where it is

Anyway freaky hope you have recovered it is very scary, and 1 min feels like a lifetime

I had abit of a todo with dd1 last night, which was all in my lost post but she seems in much better form this morning so hopefully I won't need to post about it all iyswim

And I have been awake from 5 with my sore shoulder, it plays me up every now and again but oww its really sore at the min.

anyway have another bit of ironing to do then I will get it all put away today

then I need to have a good sort out as we are doing a cash for clothes collection to raise money for the school

Oh god I have done nothing at all today but google eurodisney

I normally have a constant ache in my right shoulder and like a tingling sensation in left, doctor gave me anti inflamatories last year and told me to rest (no heavy lifting) lifting a toddler & shopping,

he told me he would refer me on to physio etc if it din't get better and I haven't let him, I know I know, but I just do so much running to the hosp etc with dd1 I really can't be bothered and it normally only gets really bad if decorating, but I have a new support pillow which tbh has made it worse and then we were doing family fitness at weekend, then Just dance last night.....arrrggghhh
I am going to rest it but.....

Plum - Go and get physio, it will make it better!!!

HMHB - DS has always liked things that I ate a lot of while I was pg and BFing, and was always keener on stronger flavoured things rather than blander stuff.

Plum try a mctimony chiropractor. They are very gentle and encourage the body to heal itself iyswim? (i know that sounds very lentil weavery but i swear by my chiro)

HMHB DD used to like eggy bread. A friend's DD would only eat anything if it had yoghurt with it. So a spoonful of yoghurt with a blob of puree on it, even savoury ones.

DD is having an enforced nap. She needs a couple a week really just to keep things going nicely. I have had a short nap too. I find too much tea gives me heartburn now I am drinking milk and eating dark choc toblerone (only choc i could find!)

But i have:

Ok, maybe not so much

I think my vertigo may be coming back

Alice - I went of certain teas whilst up the duff too. I think I liked jasmine tea. Normal tea was wierd.

Just caught DH and DS doing 'the grand old duke of york' marching in DS's room which was shaking the whole house. Great bedtime story DH .
