Everyone is welcome,
we are a friendly bunch,
we post our lists big or small,
tick jobs off as we go along.

We give each other a kick up the bum when needed or shoulder to cry moan on,
and a pat on the back.

CC

and get the extra cuddly ones quick as IAM going to lose weight

Our playgroup is underfunded already

HMHB My friend booked a hoiday on Sunmaster so I checked it out and we can go all inc for a week in Aug for £1900,
now there are some bad reports on tripadvisor but lots of good ones for the hotel,
I checked a hotel we had stayed in before and it had bad reports and we thought it was lovely, I do think people expect too much, and some people report bad things because other guests were rude for example

At the minute I don't have time to vote, and that is prtly the reason I haven't voted in awhile as the polling station is in the other direction from where I need to be today

Been a hard day. Lots of arguments with DD, looking forward to having a sneaky beer once she is in bed

FreakoidOrganisoid · 06/05/2010 19:18

Both dc quite horrible this afternoon, ds has whinged and whined all day and they've been fighting and screaming at each other. Did get a bit of a wake up call about my language though; after dinner ds climbed onto the table, I told him to get down and he yelled "Bloody Christ, do the bloody washing up" at me I don't actually swear at my children but my mutterings of "will you just let me do the bloody washing up" and similar are obviously not muttered enough

So I think I need a swear box or something...

Alibabaandthe40tories · 06/05/2010 19:25

Freak sorry but that has made me . DS can frequently be heard saying 'Oh God' when things are not going according to his plan, and the other day he yelled 'Bollocks' when a tower of bricks fell over.

The oh god is me, the bollocks is DH. again.

Alice - oh dear! Enjoy your beer

Alicetheinvisible · 06/05/2010 19:28

DD proudly said Bugger in front of FIL Often to be heard saying God, or God's sake too.

DH is putting DD to bed atm. Need to cook up some mince that needs it, then i am done

cikecaka · 06/05/2010 20:21

I stayed up til 10 for the exit poll results then gave up, had a bath and went to bed. Woke up at 4 desperate for a wee so got up and checked the headlines on my phone whilst I was up. Then dc woke up at 6

Not going to bother with list today seeing as have been out of the house all day and so have done very little!

But happy friday! And I AM going to mop the floors tonight...

Alicetheinvisible · 07/05/2010 16:53

I might mop my floors tonight

DD asked to use the toilet earlier, despite having no interest in the potty whatsoever. Didn't get there in time (but had a nappy on) second time, DH took her and she actually did a wee(!!) but wet the bed during her nap (didn't want to leave her without a nappy for her nap, but she was so tired and difficult, was all i could do to get her to nap) Did mean she didn't sleep too long though
