Oh wasn't stressed just the thought of sitting in the car for an hour at school, but ds got his homework done, and dd2 got her nails painted, she enjoyed it thinks shes brilliant because her toenails are the same colour as mine!

DP's friend cam round last night so we drank beer and stayed up later than I intended. Glad I was roasting a chicken so I could say 'oh yes, come round, we have plenty spare'. I'd like to be one of those women who can always accommodate and extra person for dinner, but I don't knwo how to achieve that without always cooking too much!

Morning everyone, going to DDs school at 10.30 this morning as they have the Ambassador from Lesetho coming to visit them. DD1s class had someone who is a volunteer teacher in one of the schools over there speak to them before Christmas, they did a big project on it, have made some pen pals and did a Sponsored No-Uniform day to raise money, so she is coming to meet them. The volunteer teacher is coming back and they are going to present the cheque for the money raised from the n0-uniform day.
