I have just put a load of washing in, started drying another, loaded the dishwasher and put it on and between me and DS1 and 2 we've made some of the worktops in the kitchen and the living room floor visible

Good morning JKS and anyone else who joins us. Am off work today and tomorrow as had holidays to take. Free this morning so going to get house sorted out and am going to visit a MNer this afternoon. I was at a wedding this weekend was wonderful weekends been brought to a sad end as my best friends dad has taken a huge overdose and is seriously ill So want to get all organised so I can help her if need be, have offered to cover her shifts tomorrow.

Went fine, has been apologetic and much better behaved! Sat the bigger 3 down last night and we went over a few new house rules, i.e helping round the house, not getting to do any after-school activities until homework is done, putting dirty clothes in the laundry etc, the will earn pocket money this way. Fingers crossed it might work

Hiya all. Ive spent so long on phone to best mate and her boss (to arrange shift cover) that I have hardly done any work oops. Am covering tomorrow, Fri and the weekend for her. Hes now top of the list for a liver transplant and is on dialysis as kidneys are packing in.

We have just been and bought flooring for the kitchen, stairs and landing, downstairs loo and living/dining room! They are going to get the cloakroom and stairs and landing done this week - yay!! I am pleased because we have a houseful of visitors this weekend and I want everywhere to look nice.

Just been over to the school, who confiscated DS phone on thurs (they keep it for 10 school days), to see could I get it back as I feel out of control when I dont know where he is, but they refused to give it back (Which might I add I understand completely and didnt put up a big fight to get it). Dreading breaking it to him, will be a real test of whether he is genuinely sorry for his behaviour on Thurs

Alibab haven't even got paint for Kitchen 100% decided, and haven't done hall yet, we are very good talkers in this house

cikecaka I wouldn't let on that I went to the school, just let him learn this is a consequence of his actions and make him go ask for it back and apologise when the 10 days are up, hope his apology was genuine
