2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 dc. All hard floors downstairs, carpets upstairs.

No, Philip is much better! Were JL ok then> you obv. got the clone very fast..

I am going for the programmable 560 because I want to control her; I want her cleaning when I am away, quiet when I am at home and to be recharge and ready to go when I come back home. I still need to find a name for her.

Ahh, I thought it was you of course but wondered if somthing had happened! 3 legs sounds odd! Has he charged yet? I wonder how stable he will be on rug edges and stairs though?

H would have something to say about this. I've had mine since May, and it's been back and forth to the manufacturer like a fiddler's elbow. When it works, I love it. But 'Please remove and clean Roomba's brushes' is a song I've heard too often.
