Had a skim through yesterdays thread Couldn't get on in the morning then had trouble typing anything all day so gave up on trying to post yesterday!

Nut good to see you, glad ds1 is getting some help. Must be very tough for the rest of you x
Simply Good to see you too - keep meaning to be in touch and see how you are. I did think about phoning you a week or so ago but seem to have lost your number and also remembered you saying you were away for Easter... not sure if I remembered correctly or not!
Ruby I love party planning too We have a "magic" party coming up for dd soon - any inspiration? I think people here would pay to have a party organised for them. I'm paying for a magician this year. I lol-ed @ "Hatches, Matches and Dispatches"

dh and I went to a party thrown by Emmerdale star Freddie Jones and his wife last night They live locally and Freddies wife has always been lovely and friendly to me Dh has been helping tehm do up a house so they threw a party for all who have worked on the house and helped them move in, it was a lot of fun

We have a quiet day today - no work for me (yay!)
Ds has a party this afternoon adn then a friend back to play
Dd and I need to plant some bulbs in her patch in the garden
I need to tidy up a bit but will keep in minimal

I actually thought it was later than it is, we got up early today- typical when we dont need to.

done so far

fed dc
dressed ds (ok he does himelf now )
bathroom cleaned
yesterdays washing up -done and put away
breakfast dishes done
washing sorted
sauces to make lasagne bubbling away nicely on hob as i type
hoover
beds made
fridge sorted

to do

dust
wash floors
put lasagne together
tidy the junk cupboard
think we gonna go see my sis today

ruby nt sure if you know but fifi and bumble are at bluewater today and tomorrow at 12, 1,2,3 and 4. if you wanted to take your dd's

i fancy making blueberry muffins but cant seem to find my recipe anywhere, so gonna see if i can get it on net. back soon

Oh, and Lazer I'm not sure tbh about them finding me again....I do worry from time to time but have mostly stopped letting it bother me. I did wonder about name changing again to keep covering my tracks but I like my name and don't want to! It was a horrible feeling to be confronted with someone clearly knowing things about me but it was a wake-up call to the fact that this is a public space...

I know how you feel - I get like that some days and only have 2 kids to cope with!
Well, it's the weekend so be easy on yourself. Is your dh at home to help at weekends?

Sorry, need to dash now to have a shower and get kids to shops to buy pressies for the party this afternoon - will pop back in a bit...

Sorry I haven't been on a lot lately, I wanted to give the kids some actual holiday, rather than being stuck at home listening to mum and dad row
So Thursday I took them all to a giant indoor play centre...its our nearest one and it took just over an hour to get to! It was brilliant though, we had a great time. Found it really weird being on my own with them all though...couldn't put our stuff down anywhere or anything!
We had fish and chips and came home quite late.
Then yesterday we went to a friends house and made things out of clay, had a walk to the park, and made homemade pizza's with toppings of their choice...DD1 and DS made Ben 10 Pizza's of course!

Today I need to sort the house out as it has been very much neglected!
Its raining again.....might make the kids some play dough today...they had great fun yesterday with the clay. They have homework to do as well today.

Dylsmum - You are definitely successful FLYer....well done. You seem to get so much done!

Trinity - Baby steps Even a little bit is better than nothing. How are the holidays going?

DP is working again today, too. There has been no progress on my bahroom for weeks, now and I've given up even asking He also told me last night he has told dd1 he will buy her an xbox 360.Not for her birthday....just because he knows she will like it.She hasn't even asked ffs. I think he nowunderstands why he cant buy one child an expensive ramdom present, and he may get it for her birthday instead.(He didn't even realise how much they cost)
I have to get him up now to go and fit a bathroom for his mate

Ah well, I'm not letting it get to me. I will only end up getting cross with the dc if I do, and that really wouldn't help. We will be having a quiet day today, doing dd2s homework, and more housework.

On the FLY front, I got loads done yesterday in 15 minute bursts, and will keep going today if I can.

I know how you feel Trinity - I'm finding it hard to do as well. I'm going to make a real effort though, although I have to be out at 10am and it's my birthday!

Dream I sometimes think our lives sound similar too....I hope your DP manages to find some time for your own bathroom....
I have been waiting weeks for Dh to put the side back on the bath...he took it off to see where a leak was comming from, and it has been off ever since...I might end up doing it myself I'm thinking!

everyone is ahead of me so far! I have showered but none of us are dressed and none of us have the inclination to do so
Have to go out soon and get birthday parcels (I thought the party was next weekend so am unprepared!)

I have no bath panel either - it must be a husband-of-FLYers thing! Dh took ours off about 6weeks ago to investigate a leak and as the leak is still there and he won't get anyone in to repair it cos he could repair it himself it's just been left as it is Sometimes it's good to have a practical husband but other times it's a bleddin' nightmare!

Right, better get everyone dressed, we really can't go to the shops as we are now.....

it does sound like i do a lot, but if you see the size of my flat, you wouldnt think so. it realy is a tiny 2 bed. later on in the year when i get my 3 bed house its going to take me for ever to do anything. looking forward to the space, but not the cleaning.
