lol. well done Ruby. I finished mine the other day but i wont have time in december so felt the need to get it over with..

The Book People are good for cheap books. Nurseryandtoys.com is good for toys, as is ebay and charity shops.

batinshoes, I know, I know. We di start off doing this but I stupidly delegated this job to DH to do with DS whos fish they are. Never ever gets done so I have decided I will have to take this task back on. So yes I will do it once a fortnight now . Just going up to see if he has recovered, gulp.

phew, you flyers must be so pleased to see 'clean your counter tops' instead of 'clean your bathroom' or 'clean that awful cupboard under the stairs that hasn't been done for years'

batinshoes · 10/10/2006 14:20

lol, i just found the digital cameras on tesco direct too

TortUREoiseChamber · 10/10/2006 14:24

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 10/10/2006 14:34

I am stressing to the rooftops - Becky is dog tired, not at well, needs to sleep but wont!

Im at my wits end - i dont know what to do with her, have dosed her and fed her and played with her but all she is doing is crying - im going insane............... HELP!

Skribble · 10/10/2006 14:38

Ah shut up, {fingers in ears} tra laa laa laa, I can't hear you.

Right are you finshed being a smug shopper .

Anyway just checked on fish and both OK, the dodgy looking one di do 5 head over heals when I put him back in , but I wasn't sure if this was a good sign or not as he had been swimming on his side.

So whats the record for time wasting while printing out absolutly vital {honest} rotas, charts and lists. I have spent a good few hours today doing just that .

I have just cleaned the outside of downstairs windows, I went out to hang up a wash and saw old buddy 2 doors down doing hers, I watched discretly and reaslised how quick it was doing it with a cloth on a swifty and a proper squeegie. I remembered I had one so full of inspiration and shame I dived out and did mine too.

So done today...
stripped bed,
3 loads of washing,
cleaned fish tank,
5 windows cleaned outside.

Kept going...

with shiney sink,
clean loo and baisin,
clean and clear worktops.

Still to do...
put away washing,
make up our bed,
water plants.

Should do something in kitchen but.... I am to busy printng .

SusiSkelletonInTheCloset · 10/10/2006 14:52

omg i just did another thing i never wanted to do - i cleaned my oven!!!

still a few bits that just wouldn't go and dp was standing there watching me and commenting 'if you do it every other week it'll come off' - i just asked him how many times he'd done it since we moved in 2 years ago ... not once!! - well, i was just waiting for the 'but i am working ...' - he didn't though

jarm never nice, is it! i realised mine are overstimulated sometimes. then i just leave them with some music to themselves and they might even go to sleep or at least stop being grumpy

xmas shopping done - luckily we don't need much. just the 4 of us and i've got things for ds already!

asleep · 10/10/2006 15:01

batinshoes · 10/10/2006 15:48

well done susis and skirbble.

jarm - maybe some cuddles in front of the tv. not very pc but ever my dd is unwell/overtired etc it seems to help.

but. i am soooooooo tired.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 10/10/2006 15:50

SusiSkelletonInTheCloset · 10/10/2006 17:29

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 10/10/2006 18:33

Evening all Ok jess, we get the message
Well done to you

Happy Birthday Little tortoise 2.

I have done some FLYing today. Cleared and wiped down all the work tops in the kitchen. I dont know if I should keep my deep fat frier or get rid of it. I dont use it that much now as I get oven ready chips. Only used it this year for recooking new potatoes.
I have done 2 loads of washing and its nearly all dry. Just needs some bits finishing and ironing and putting away.
Hoovered all down stairs. (upstairs tomorrow)
Then DD went to sleep so I have undercoated the kitchen doors.
All tea`d and bathed now ready for bed.
Dishwasher is on. I might do the iorning once DC are in bed.
I had one good bit of news this am. DSs can catch the bus to school now and they can come home from school for most of the week. They are not sure on Thursdays and Fridays as a smaller bus is used on those afternoons. I dont mind that anyway as I need to go into town anyway at somepoint to get bits that we need. Its going to cost me just over £100 a year but it will save me a lot of walking!! Which means more time FLYing yeah right!!

I hope the net keeps working tonight as last night I could not keep online
MSN wont let me sign in at mo though

TortUREoiseChamber · 10/10/2006 18:37
