Hi, I am a serial lurker on GH to try to motivate myself but things are so desperate I have to fucking DO something about my horrendous habitat. If I get UfYH app, will I get bombarded with emails which will stress me out even more? - how does it work? I'm still in bed, can't face getting up with 3dcs moaning for breakfast, someone please advise me!!

What does the app do? There is a free android app called chore checker that you can set up with all your daily/weekly/monthly tasks.

My sheets are in the wash [preen] and I did the dishes last night like a fucking adult so the kitchen isn't too bad. I even dug out my neti pot and unfucked my sinuses.

Verging on a marathon so I'm now putting my feet up.

Yami I've used chore checker - it's brilliant, got me into some great morning habits, just simple stuff like airing bedrooms and porting recycling out but it really helped, good suggestion :)
