This thread had fallen off my threads I'm on, mostly due to a half term I'd rather forget (vomiting in a restaurant, slapped cheek disease and a car crash)

Anyway, I begged, bribed and screamed at the kids yesterday and managed to claw back some semblance of household control.

Kids back to school tomorrow and I shouldn't have too much to catch up on. But we shall see!

Oh MrsNouveau I hope things calm down, everyone is well and happy very soon, and that the crash wasn't too serious.

We're approaching the end of our summer hols here, DDs get three months off school, and they are in no mood to toe the line today. Enforced wardrobe sorting has produced four loads of washing, 3 down and apparently the other one can sit and stew

Meals are done and cleared away but now it would appear that people want dinner too

Back to school today, feeling pretty chilled, despite having to bath kids this morning instead of last night due to shortage of hot water! They are still in the bath, packed lunch isn't made, I'm not dressed, and we have to leave the house in 35mins :o hey ho!

Going to start to unfuck the garden today, whatever the weather throws at me. Everything's just on the cusp of growing, I can feel it. Including all the weeds I somehow left in last year...

Everything needs to be unfucked. Everything.

I have the app. I'm actually too overwhelmed to even work from my to-do list on there, so I'm going to do a 20/10 picking up rubbish and then some random challenges until I get my motivation back.

Need to unfuck my kitchen this afternoon and a load of laundry. I was thinking about the laundry the other day (as you do) and I wonder if the fact I see it as ongoing rather than a job to be finished is the reason I struggle to get through it? Perhaps if I changed my thinking to having a set amount of laundry to do each day (wash, dry and put away!) I might be more successful? or maybe I just need to stop being so Damn lazy? :o

Today I need to unfuck phone calls to book appointments. It won't get done while I'm on here, so I'm offski.

Just unfucked the dog's pen. They will be pleased as it appears that DH has not been actually removing the organic matter when he says he's "done" the pen.

Grrrrr, that would annoy the Fuck out of me!

Today I have lots to do, places to get to etc... All very dull.

DD1 back with the childminder!
Today I have 15 shorts to iron, if I get the washing done first. Sun is out, so I might hang it out instead of putting it all in the boiler room. I really want to "prune" a tree that is growing and blocking my view of the park and skating rink. I want to be able to sit in the living room and watch my kids ice skating and playing at the park from the comfort of my sofa. I'm just not sure if the tree is ours or the councils. I can plead foreigner ignorance, can't I?

Also the major unfucking that is needed after DD was sick the week after half term, so 2 weeks of no proper cleaning/tidying time.

Right, after five hours of garden unfucking yesterday, I am about to go and do another five. It looks like I've barely even started!

My house feels like that at the moment!

I'm sick to bloody death of the kids (ds mostly) getting something out, then changing their mind and getting something else out, then watching the telly, then finding something else to play with. Aaaaarrrrggghhhhhh!!!

Anyway, I have decided to limit the telly. They could have the telly on once they are ready in the morning, and then each choose something each to watch later. DS is currently having a slump in front of firemen Sam. I might actually get something done

I on the other hand have let things slip aaaggggaaaiiiin, so tomorrow afternoon on I get with something without no excuses!

More fucking laundry, I swear the stuff breeds here. Towels are on the line, DD2 put a load on, DD1 will do a load after that. She has a cold but shoving already sorted things in and flicking a switch won't kill her, beside I'm doing her hand washing.

I am so cross with myself! Yet again I have wasted half of something I've cooked because I forgot to put it in the fridge/freezer

It's at times like this when I feel like giving myself a slap and telling myself it's time to grow the Fuck up! Just because I don't feel like cleaning the kitchen up after dinner, doesn't mean I can ignore it.

So, I am going to act like an adult and take responsibility for my environment (or habitat for that matter!)

This means:
Doing the dishes/wiping the sides down
Laundry!
Getting my arse out of bed in time to get things done in the morning

Please call me an irresponsible Fuckwit if I am not doing these things!

I did no laundry over the weekend, as planned, fed up with spending everyone's free time doing fucking laundry. That will be started Tomorrow. Could have hand washed my bras but as both preteen DDs had their boyfriends round for the afternoon I decided against it.

I did unfuck shopping and meals, although I forgot a few things.

Sunday we all unfucked office furniture out of it's flat pack mode and made 3D ítems. DH did moré Today.

Right, everyone - including boyfriends and dogs, have been fed and I'm unfucking a vino before I retire for the evening. Tomorrow I must unfuck Dentist for DDs. They need braces and "our" Dentist has closed. "My" Dentist had already moved so I'm going To see if she can treat DDs.

I have had no offers so far

I am managing the basics each day e.g. Pots etc but getting no further as it's all stuff that comes back in a matter of hours

And the sun was out yday and it made me want to garden! But I didn't. Because I need to sort inside my house out first

What I really need to do is find my other fucking slipper!

These last few days have nearly broken me, but today the sun is shining and I have had a good morning with the horses so despite feeling knackered I am enthusiastic. Well, I was until I remembered its ballet this evening!
