Welcome one and all, especially if you love writing a great list, then sitting back and MNing crossing everything off.

And extra welcomes to those of us who write something we've already done on the list just for the satisfaction of getting to cross it off Grin

Afternoon all

Jks I'm inspired by how well you're doing with ebay, I've tried to sell various items on facebook local selling pages after the high ebay charges, but that's even more trouble than ebay, just not worth it ... Facebook selling just tends to turn people into nut jobs, I once had 2 blokes swearing and threatening me after I sold a cat tree to someone else and they didn't comment until after it had already sold and been collected .. Honestly! Mental Shock

Today, 2 loads of washing, 2 of tumble drying :) dh just gone out to get some more electric then ill do more.
Have folded/organised/put away baby clothes.

Me and dh tidied livingroom earlier, I polished and sorted out 2 storage boxes full of crap, threw stuff away and put away some other stuff in cupboards. Used one of the boxes to fill with baby stuff, dh used the other empty box to sort out hallway stuff :)

Ds tidied his room. And my mum and stepdad came to visit for a hour.

:)

38 weeks today, must admit I feel good today, apart from tired I've had no pushing or braxton hicks or pains.... I bet she's trying to fool me and I end up going into sudden labour! :) hehe

Well I don't often sell stuff tbh, I do find it all a faff. But if I have a few things that I think might sell, evening dresses, unwanted new gifts, etc. then I try.
The money lasts about 5 seconds in Paypal before heading straight out again though!
Bought some cupcake toppers for both DC birthdays that I've been watching and waiting for my money to come in to buy.

If I'm lucky DH will take the parcels to post at work for me on Monday Grin Mind you our local PO ladies are rather rude so I try to avoid them if at all possible Hmm

Am printing out all sorts of Lego men and faces to play with. If only I could dedicate myself as much to housework as party planning....Grin

Well done. It's good to tick off things. I try to keep lists smallish so that I don't get overwhemed. Then I feel I've done something

My done list was mostly during my twins nap- I find I can get a lot done if I fight the urge to sleep with them so I've actually been good today Grin

Have a child free evening so think I'm going to leave the ebay and toy sorting to tomorrow and put my feet up living on the edge!

Well done Precious :)

Hurricane - I have lots of choices, it's just committing to one thing. I was going to get them for the zoo for next week's trip with our SN playgroup lot but the weather is too cold for the zoo so we may not go anyway. It's more a long-term, pick something, thing. Could be over the summer sometime.

And twins? how old are they? DD is nearly 2 and luckily still naps, not sure how i'll get anything done once she drops that...

DONE:
DS2 to school
DH to work (with eBay parcels, yey!)
round corner for few bits
Easter nest cakes made with DS1 & DD (for Sing & Sign tomorrow)
lunch & tidy kitchen
DD nap
more work on Lego party
cancel hotel for Fri
lots of ironing & putting away

TO DO:
more ironing (waiting for td to finish)
go to bed

Tues:
DS2 to sch
strip beds/bathmats/towels
general tidy pre-cleaner coming
Sing & Sign (last one, remember cakes we made today)
lunch & dd's nap
Governor meeting
DC tea, bath & bed
orchestra

Ongoing:

  • family tree (scanning in old certs & photos & email contacts);
  • buy picture frames to hang on the wall & hang up as many photos as poss; get sizes into phone for TKMaxx

Oooops, in my haste to post last night I omitted to welcome the new arrivals - so hello Smile.

Hurricane - I take it you are a stones fan?

Precious - I love the fact that your DH's wardrobe was attacked first. I always make DH get rid first then conveniently forget to deal with my own.

I'm too cold tonight to do anything other than the barest minimum for tomorrow.
