Autumn organisation for slatterns old and new with support/advice and mugs of tea

I thought it was time for a new Autumnal thread for all slatterns.

This thread is welcome to all who like to write lists or have loads of jobs to get done or if you need a kick up the bum for motivation. Also good for support with relationships, random advice on moths and birthday cakes!

Today

1 load of washing ... That's still in the machine

Oops lol, I've been up most of the night, think I may have sciatica?? And been out all day around town.. Not good considering I can barely walk ;)

Anyways... I guess ill do something tommorow :)

Had lovely night out last night, hungover today though

Not been doing anything useful/productive so need to get back to it tomorrow.

Morning :)

So far today, I've taken ds to school and waddled around town
3 loads of washing,
I'm on my second of tumble drying
Took dirty clothes from throughout the house and stuck em infront of washing machine
Sorted sock/pants ect and put into drawers
Put some clothes on hangers and into wardrobes

Going to auction in a bit, hoping to get a new sofa and fridgefreezer.. Fingers crossed!!!

Computer not behaving, grr.

A trip to the Apple store (again) needed I think.

• lots of toys & books repaired DONE

• take photos for ebay DONE
  
• upload photos onto laptop DONE

Ongoing:

• family tree (scanning in old certs & photos & email contacts)
  
• buy picture frames to hang on the wall & hang up as many photos as poss; get sizes into phone for TKMaxx
  
• sort wills; nudge DH; Have discussed
  
• sort out my desk
  
• kids photos albums; upload onto Snapfish; order printouts; put in albums. Step 1; sort all photos on iPhoto
  
• eBay stuff; Photos taken & uploaded; need to get info for each item for descriptions
  
• cash in Tesco vouchers (what for - towards a day out, just which one?)
  
• eye test for me (before end of March as I have a voucher)
  
• poss book trip to Dublin for sch reunion in May?

Only 20 posts left Slatterns. My house is a mess, as I have spent days chained to office desk. My steam driven computer is failing fast and have ordered a new one. Credit card stretchhhhingggg. Am[ envy] that you have a mac JKS , card won't stretch that far. Am weeding out the files on the old codger laptop frantically.

Where is the birth announcement? I did a quick PBM search but couldn't see anything.

I might even get another night out next month, it's all part of DH's not-so-secretive plan to make me realise I don't want DC4 i think! He's looking for anything going on on a Tues so the Nanny can cover the kids and i realise what fun i could have

Have midwives appointment today, so maybe ill mention it to her (my hip.. Not the chinese )
