Good idea bessie I have resisted putting to do lists here as I wanted to keep it positive and see what I have done rather than notice what I haven't achieved but I am getting in a tiz and it might calm me down.

Ta das so far:

washed and dressed
dcs breakfasted
ds's lunch and snacks made
dealt with panic attack/tantrum/freak out from ds
got dcs to school
chatted to mums and calmed down a bit
food shop
bits and bobs shop
put shopping away
loaded dw
thorough hoover (stairs and behind sofas etc)

That's a reasonable start.

Step one get off computer!!

I'm culling the toys today...two bags filled now i'm going upstairs.

15 minute attempt on room rescue for the study (but it's mostly DH's work clutter, so I can't do much with it)
Finding it very hard to get motivated today. I need to get brutal on the toys but I'm too soft-hearted...

I've weeded out a lot today. I do this every two months, it must breed. Feels great, looks great. Nothing will be missed.

Next stop husbands drawer and clothes.

Yesterdays Ta da's: Look after children

Dcs helped declutter the spare room (where i sleep). Massive moans until they realised it was virtually all their stuff. It is almost lovely now.

dcs to school ds forgot bag so back home and back up again (sigh)

Slept for an hour or so ( I am really really tired and the counselling takes lots of energy too!)

Sessions like that are exhausting arti. The first few visits to the hospital left me wiped out.
I have been doing times tables with ds. Its a struggle as i am not great at them myself. We have taken a break and he is drawing.
