i diagnose fidgetitis caused by too much flying and stress
cure is plenty of chocolate
beany potato moussaka
serves 2-3
1lb spuds
1dsp oil
small onion,chopped
1 large carrot grated
1/2 crushed gaarlic clove
dash chilli
1/2tsp ground cumin or coriander
1can baked beans
1/2pint milk
1tbsp cornflour
grated cheese
peel and boil the spuds,cool and slice 1/4inch slices
meanwhile saute onion in oil for 5 mins.
add carrot,garlic,chilli and either cumin or ground coriander.cover and sweat gently for 10minutes
add beans and simmer to thicken
layer 1/3 spuds into an ovenproof dish
top 1/2 bean mix
1/2 remaining spuds
rest bean mix
layer last spuds
heat milk,mixing 2tbsp of it with cornflour
when milk boils add a little to slacked cornflour then return it to the pan with rest milk and stir ove rthe heat to thicken
pour over the spuds to cover
sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 180oc for 40 mins until golden
