BC unfortunately I'm not very organised - I am very forgetful, so writing EVERYTHING down on a list really works for me (also means I satisfied feeling from ticking loads of things off )

That is a good idea bessie. If we are still in this thread though when we start March I would be happy to link the Babysteps daily --as long as I get it right--. Would someone else link the missions?

I'll try to do reminders about missions as I really really want to get in the habit of doing them.

BC maybe we should start a new thread at the start of the month? I think that is Thursday. This thread is quite full already anyway.

I would like to do missions more regularly. I do them a lot but not all the time and sometimes I do a job that isn't the mission but which I can see needs done desperately.

I am trying to make myself do yesterday's mission but I can't quite face it. Maybe I should just do Tuesday's and at least I would have done a mission that way.

Hello. I've been a lurker today. I took Toddler for his hair cut this afternoon. It's so short! She thinks she got the last of his "baby fuzz" in hopes of stopping his "Albert Einstein look" for me. He looks so handsome and grown up. My boy turns 2.4 today.

I need to crack on with a few jobs but am finding motivation difficult. I still don't feel 100% and really want to nap with Toddler but that won't be good if I do.

Scout maybe you should just do ten minute jobs and see how you feel. That is more or less what I'm doing although it will take a while to get things how I want them but it's better than doing nothing!

I am on a go slow today due to lack of sleep again. I suspect I will end up falling asleep on the sofa again this evening like last night.

I will don my thinking cap about the new thread. I might start it off tomorrow but will need to practice a few links before then.

Hi Scout! Take it easy for the next few days. I agree with BC and just set the timer for 10mins and do little jobs here and there. It will surprise you how much you manage to get through that way.

I have made my first ever blamange (sp?) I don't know if it will be nice or if the dcs will eat it but I fancied giving one a go.

I have also made a bit of a tray bake (peppermint slab). I am not sure why. I had a bar of chocolate left over from the baking for the fundraiser at the weekend and wanted to eat it so I decided to bake with it. Thing is now I will have the baking to eat instead Not my cleverest moment. There is no room in the freezer for it either.

The dw is on again and now I need to do worktops and pack ds's stuff for the afternoon.

bessie I joined pintrest before Christmas but couldn't really figure it out so it hasn't distracted me too much.

I am STILL waiting for the tv repair men. They said 11-3 and I have to go out at 3 so I hope they are on time. I have the tv all disconnected and don't want to have to connect it all up again.

I've done the washing up from today (except for the pan I used for sausages for lunch -- I need to attack that). I've also put the dinner in the slow cooker. Tomorrow's bin day so trash and nappies need to go out this evening.

yes, definately don't over-do it scout Are you sleeping ok? I am still coughing loads at night & am propper up on pillows.

I've done the shopping list, but then realised I still need to add a couple of meals

I vacuumed dowstairs earlier & emptied all the bins. DD2 & I went for a quick walk to the local shop to get some air and some stickers.

Hope the TV repair turn up soon carrots

I am too tired now so am just gonna play around till the school run.
