The boy is actually 29. He is a workmate (nurse) of my friend. She says he is lovely but short, ginger and a bodybuilder. have seen fb pics and he is indeed all of the above and a total poser but surprisingly good looking despite it all. Well nothing ventured and all that!

Freak, pardon the stalk , but I've just had a nosy on FB and he's very handsome. 29 year old nurse sounds great.

Not only did I finally get around to mopping the floor but I also got the ironing done See, slatterns thread really does help me Even ironed the duvet cover of doom (the only duvet cover that gets ironed but it is egyptian cotton and needs it annoyingly as it is my favourite)

Does anyone else find that DC come home from preschool/school absolutely starving and thirsty? I have to spend about 20 minutes feeding and watering DS1 before he is happy when we get home!

Yes it's the old house. Partly calm because I know we have less stuff now than when we moved out of it.
This is, if I counted correctly, my 19th house move and will be the least stressful since 1999.
I'll be flapping on Saturday morning though, I'm not that stoic.

Ali - yes! DS1 especially can hardly make the trip home from school without a drink & a snack. The first half of term of school he was ravenous all the time, things have calmed down again but i feel it was a first hint of teenage-bottomless-pit-stomach, lol. I remember my brothers going through that stage, there was never enough food in the world to fill them up!

Wasting - i have moved around a lot, but have been in this house the longest ever, 7 years this July! Previous record was 4 years, shortest was 6 months (i think).

DS2 slept through the night, yey, but was up from 5.10, boo. He is marginally better than yesterday though so happy to send him back into pre-sch today.
