Longer term:

• Find new dentist that is taking on NHS patients
• upload & order online prints (DH getting rid of that PC so i need to a) research 'time machines', b) get one, c) move all photos from his PC onto it, d) link up my laptop with it so all photos from here go on it
• upload chosen photos from his PC & my laptop to Snapfish & order
• order door curtain (& rail) for front door; need to email seller about sizes
• clean kitchen cupboard doors
• empty all cupboards out, check contents & restock
• put cds onto DH's pc, then they can go into loft with others; make my playlist; clear my iPhone of music, reload with just my playlist CBA so taking off list!
• research backing up hardware for computers Done More
• make up basket of toys & pictures for DS2; need basket
• pictures to label 'animals' & 'people' & 'cars' boxes
• tackle Areas of Doom (out of 5 stars);

Ahh. I did naff all today, so am too to publish my list. Have a cold coming, maybe the shingles again (great) but it could just be the cold. Tingly teeth are always a sign for me of the dreaded lurgy, though it could be down to the teeth whitening (which is marvellous by the way!)

Had lovely time with DD though, little picnic at the playground whilst DS was at a party... was such a beautiful afternoon...

Oh, and I finally got the dress from the dry cleaner. Bless him, he is the nicest guy - he was mortified and could not apologise enough. I was just so relieved that he had found it - was panicking full scale about where on earth I was going to find a knock em dead ball dress between now and Friday... phew.

Anyway, tomorrow is another day, much to do much to do.

I nearly finished my living room today (as you can see never got round to making my list )

I did all the ironing, and 95% of it is put away, just need to pick a few last things off the floor tomorrow and pull the sofas out (shouldn't be too bad as they were done not long ago) then I can hoover and mop and that'll be 2 rooms totally sorted.

Kitchen is still looking fab

JKS - that is EXACTLY how I feel.
Woke up thinking, why did I have that wine.
Then thought. I didn't have any wine!

Then sneezed and coughed and leant over for the glass of water. Sleeping with mouth open. Yuk.

Lots of water may keep some of the headachey bit at bay, and I may just have to succumb to a couple of Ibrupofen, take the edge off a bit.

So, list not going terribly well AGAIN .

Had coffee with a very nice and lovely friend this morning, that cheered me up and also gave me two new items for my medium to long term list:

• sign up to Vodafone "sure signal" cos I have no signal at home (damned rural living!)
• Get names and addresses onto my computer so I can be very very smart and print out labels for my christmas cards. (this does mean, however, that I am turning into my mother!)

I have got a cracking headache which a cup of tea hasn't cured so I'm going to have a nap while DS is asleep. I am not enamoured of pregnancy this time around, AT ALL. [grumpy]

LOL Ali twas from a waitrose frozen mini snack selection from the party where noone turned up, think I left it in the oven too long cos was very crispy!

I'm all at sixes and sevens again today, and utterly at the attack of the killer samosas.... vicious blighters!

A really funny thing is happening here, I have to tell someone. DC are quite bad about just farting at will. They are old enough now, in our view, to hold on a bit, or at least try and get elsewhere. You get my drift.

Anyway, finally it seems that the message is getting through. DD just charged out of the kitchen at full pelt shouting "A FARTY IS COMING, I NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE NOW" which was just hilarious, because the whole point of what we are trying to do is teach them to be a bit more discreet about it and off she goes shouting the house down (luckily neighbours not too close and the windows are closed).

DS has found this absolutely hilarious, so now they are singing stinky songs..
