there is a girl at ds school who is 26 years old and has 5 children under 7 at ds school, let me make myself clear at this stage is not the issue, the issue is that she left school at 17 without any qualifications and is not at all educated, she has claimed benefits all her life and her dp works cash in hand whilst she claims, she also lives in a 2 bedroomed flat which looks like a kim and aggie show, her youngest are 2 and newborn and 3 eldest 5,6 and 8, they are already having problems at school and have hard time fitting in, to make things worse she thinks that she is a muslim and tells her dc regulary that boys are evil etc. she has now decided she wants to home educate and i am appalled, surely she cant do this?

MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:00

alfiesmadmother · 28/03/2011 20:11

there is a family like this at our school like this and parents would be delighted to be rid of the riff raff from their precious children's classrooms!!! You would only be maoning if her rotten kids were mixing with your darlings!!!!!

MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:14

no she hasnt got plasma! she bf all of them and cats not dogs, its not about that, yes she is a walking jezza show, but what about the kids?

OP posts:
SpringchickenGoldBrass · 28/03/2011 20:15

Hmm. Something in this sounds reminiscent of that appalling Midlands case where the clearly nuts woman starved one of her DC to death; she had taken them out of school to 'home educate' and SS etc didn't follow up the reports properly.
I think your concern is reasonable - if you know her well enough to see what the inside of her home is like, can you not keep in touch with her so you can keep an eye on the DC?

DooinMeCleanin · 28/03/2011 20:16

She thinks she is Muslim???? Confused

MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:17

i wouldnt moan at all her dc are lovely and ds has been in her dc class for 2 years, i would prefer them to stay at school because they stand at least half a chance of learning there

OP posts:
MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:25

i actually tried to help her, i went round to help her tidy the flat, i helped her out with confidence and then she lied and lied to me finally me finding out she had told another mum that i was robbing her money and i hit my son, i also found out she had been selling things on ebay and ripping people off by not sending goods and keeping thier money, i stopped talking to her but always was careful to make sure the kids had nothing to do with it, they are lovely kids, i say think she is muslim as she says she is as her dp is, she smokes heavily in the house and is unmarried, she doesnt pray and knows nothing at all about islam at all. her dc are bright adorable kids and deserve a good education

OP posts:
nailak · 28/03/2011 20:26

since when did not havin any qualifications mean you are dumb? a piece of paper makes you cleverer yeah?

if i had 5 under 7s my house would be a tip too, its bad enouh with 3 under 5s!!

and what is it that you have an issue with concernin her views on islam?

why do you think she hasnt ot half a brain? is it because she hasnt ot any certificates to prove she has a brain or because of her beliefs?

nailak · 28/03/2011 20:29

when you say unmarried, she hasnt ot a nikkah? and because a person commits sins doesnt mean they are not part of the reliion imo, it just makes them a sinner.

where are her parents and inlaws? what culture is she from?

the previous post was xpost

MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:35

let me clear your worries, i dont think she has not got half a brain because she hasnt got a certificate, she is uneducated and thinks its perfectly ok to let her dc miss school because she cant be bothered to get up, her flat is dirty, not a mess its dirty, there is food all over the house that the dc have just dropped on the floor and she hasnt cleared up, cats shit in the litterbox and its left uncleaned for days and days, she doesnt bath herself or dc and smokes whilst playing on her laptop, I HAVE NO ISSUE with islam or anything like that, my ds is being brought up as a muslim and i am an atheist, i however researched it so i can give ds the best information, she is teaching her dc that is allah will that they women are there too wait hand and foot on men and that they are prely there to get married and have more dc

ShirleyKnot · 28/03/2011 20:37

Hahahaha! Oh man this shit is golden.

MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:38

she is british her dp is kurdish, she married another kurd for money. she does not pracice any other form of islam apart from the kids eating halal meat and teaching only the medias view of women in islam

OP posts:
MrsDrOwenHunt · 28/03/2011 20:39

sadly shirley it is all true

''She left school at 17 and is not at all educated''. Well, I left school in 1963 aged 15 with no qualifications. However, I am now 63 and successfully home educate my 11 year old grandson whom I've had since he was 2.

So what is it that's actually bothering you?
Her age?
The number of children she has - I had 7.
Lots of people live in accommodation which is too small for their family.

The fact that she claims benefits and works cash in hand?

If her children are not 'fitting in in school'', why shouldn't she try and do a better job than the system?

And why can't she ''do that''? i.e. home educate her children? It's a legal alternative to schooling and she has every right to do so.

Be careful, OP, that you don't fall off your high horse and trip over your halo on the way down.

Re: the ''Midlands case.'' Khyra Ishaq was never home educated. She was never officially deregistered from school. This story has been used to try to bash home educators over the head.

Her religious beliefs are her own business.
Who are you, the local busybody?

littleducks · 28/03/2011 20:41

If this is a joke it needs to stop, it would be funny if it wasnt for the huge similarities to the case SGB mentioned

Goblinchild · 28/03/2011 20:42

OP, someone has stolen all your punctuation.

nailak · 28/03/2011 20:42

what part of the country are you in? cant you et her 2 send her kids to madrassa at least? someone will be keepin an eye on them that way

There is so much stuff in each post as to be ridiculous, it's actually breathtaking.
