What would you do with this kitchen

The floor needs to stay as do the worktops. The turquoise cabinets look ok on a hot summer day in a Caribbean tropical kinda way. Less good on a cold November day. It’s very light & south facing (ish) yet has a cold feel. So needs warming up. We painted the walls white on moving in just to freshen it up but that adds to the coldness. Love to see your ideas.

Some fabulous ideas here! Thank you so much.
Please rest assured that I will NOT be painting the cabinets myself! They’re in frame and will be a nightmare.

I might be inclined to paint the cupboards navy or a bolder turquoise. It looks like an absolutely lovely space.

You need more warm colours in there, and more soft fabrics. I don’t think just painting the cabinets will do the job of warming things up, so I’d be inclined to leave them.

Change the kitchen knobs and plug sockets to brass - much easier than repainting the cabinets

Get a runner in a honey/caramel/terracotta colour, and/or a rug under the dining table

Change the bar stools (sorry!!) - something in tan faux leather or rust coloured velvet would look amazing. Oak would be good too with the oak cabinets

I love the colour but dont think it goes with the flooring. I would paint them a warm grey and add copper handles, lights and concrete/wood laminate if on budget work surface for texture. I would then add some seafoam muted greeny blue bar stools for a pop of colour or a dusky pink depending on your colour preference xxx
