I am soooooooo above Mcdonalds My too in really mischeifious mood !!!

edam · 23/03/2007 22:17

The Volvo xc90 is one of the safest 4x4s there is, true. Nissan Pathfinder and Audi Q7 also get two stars. The rest of the large off road group get either one or no stars. So anyone hit by a Jeep Grand Cherokee, for instance, has very little chance of surviving.

edam · 23/03/2007 22:19

This is all going on Euro NCAP crash tests, btw, which are good, but not as thorough as those performed by Which?, for instance. Although I'm not sure Which? test pedestrian safety.

nogin · 23/03/2007 22:19

Where do you go then burger king?;0

lilymolly · 23/03/2007 22:21

moondog · 23/03/2007 22:27

and not a menace on society like a 4 x 4 driver at all

edam · 23/03/2007 22:29

Which? testing really is independent, and the board is pretty wide-ranging. Board doesn't have anything to do with the design of the tests or detail of editorial. Could decide broad policy, I suppose, like 'let's not do anything about cars ever again' but that's not very likely to happen.

Don't remember any CEOs being on the board when I worked there full time, have lots joined in recent years?

MrsGumby · 23/03/2007 22:29

Boco · 23/03/2007 22:32

who was it who made lots of fake parking tickets with lists of how bad 4x4s are and goes round tucking them on their windscreens in protest. Moondogs a little more direct action, liking the style there.
