Driving issue - but DD wants to go to uni 300 miles away!

I can’t drive on motorways or busy dual carriage ways any more - was getting huge anxiety so stopped about 5 years ago. DD is very keen on Newcastle uni though - which is 300 miles (6 hour drive) from us. If she gets a place, how would we get her stuff to and fro? She doesn’t drive either and we have no close family or friends to take her all that distance. Want to make it work but can’t see how…

Dd has a friend who is an international student - she distributes bags amongst her friends over the summer rather than paying for storage. We had 3 bags over the summer, and I think some others had some. Seems to work.

DD went to uni 330 miles away. We did take her up there and collect her things at the end of year 4, but inbetween she either used storage or boxed it up and returned to home.

Looking back, I think we'd have just gone up with a couple of suitcases. She'd arranged to buy her bedding from uni, so that was ready and then the next day she was off with her roommate buying lots of extras anyway for the room and shared kitchen.

Just take the basics needed for the first few days / electronics and she can buy everything else there.
