Applying for Uni 2019 Part 8: Results Day - congratulations, champagne, clearance, commiserations... Our DC will get through it whatever happens.

Following on from our previous thread.

Good luck to all DC awaiting results and university places.

School question: Is it only the SLT and the Exams Officer(s) who get to see the results today?

Woke up at 6 and couldn't get back to sleep. Gave up and started reading at 6.30. I've just come downstairs to find ds watching tv! (He's not been well over the last couple of days and so has been sleeping lots.) No news yet though ...

DS’s were AAB by the end of Yr 13 - but BBB in Yr 12. So his grades have gone up.

Results of my class are a relief. The two dossers missed Cs by half a bloody mark. But they didn't deserve better!

Got an A* this year which is almost unknown in my subject. Thrilled for the boy who is a delightful young person. and for me

It looks like the Edexcel maths results at my school are fine.
