Thought we might need a new thread for the results...

I'm doing a very good line in insomnia tonight too. Waah! When I first had children and all around were imparting their bollocks nuggets of wisdom, no-one warned me about this. 'Stressful' does not really cover it...

Just can't sleep ! Can't hear any noise from DDs room so hoping she's managing some sleep but she did say she would watch a film on her laptop with headphones in if she couldn't sleep . Littleham fingers crossed for Bristol then . It's just agonising this !

Gosh I'm tired. Collected ds at 9 pm just back from 2 weeks in Cyprus. Stayed for something to eat with his friends family ( they had results last year). Currently we are watching review if the papers whilst he ploughs through clearing options. However I have just been dismissed to bed (2.15) with a reminder to set the alarm for 6am for the email from school. Wish us luck. And we wish all the very best to your DC. May tomorrow be a gentle easy day. Xxx

am going to fee lshocking tomorrow - still awake, now downstairs with a cup of tea on laptop - DD appears to be asleep as total silence from her room !

I've been woken up by DD's pacing - she has not slept at all apparently.

Littleham - DD is also hoping for Durham but thinks she dropped a grade in one of her exams .

I can't help feeling that there should be a better system for doing all of this.

Awake here - clearing places are now being published on the Telegraph Clearing App (probably on website too).

DD slept until just now ! Whereas I have been awake most of the night !! Definitely not able to log onto Track yet !

i am in the kitchen too with a cup of tea although not expecting results until Track and/or school opens at 8am. I am expecting the worst....

Did anyone get emails or texts in the night from Firm Choices congratulating a DC for getting in?

Violent nosebleeds all night (only get them when I'm stressed & can't remember the last time it happened, as I'm usually a happy soul).

No sleep. DD still asleep & have promised her that I won't look before she does. Rooting for all of you. I want everyone on this thread to end up with a happy result.

PS - don't look at the press (not encouraging).

Am sat in car outside school. DD1 just gone in, results out at 7 for her school. Eek!! Good everyone xx

theheadgirl keep us posted ! Littleham - hope you are ok. Am like a zombie this morning after a couple of 30 min snatches of dozing and the rest of the time tossing and turning and drinking tea !!

Up since 5. Just waiting on Track or an email. Firm uni s clearing page has loaded saying BBB for DS s course so either the tougher marking has made a huge difference this year or he's in. I don't dare assume the second.
