1am? Bloody hell! DP gets annoyed with me working late(ish) sometimes as it is. Not because he is annoyed that I am not spending time with him, but because he thinks they are not appreciating me as much as they should

I went to the gym tonight. Was supposed to have a personal training session but someone phoned in sick so it will be the 18th now. I was good though, went in and did 30 minutes on the eliptical thingy and some weight machines for my wobbly arms. The plan is to go Tuesday and Thursday after work and once on the weekend.

I can't remember if I said but I am 16st 4 now, so that's exactly 1 and a half stone off since I starting Shining . It has been quite slow, but it's going in the right direction.

Hope you're all well....Alice, thinking of you especially, I hated being heavily pregnant during summer! Hope you are staying cool and off your feet.

Went to bed in a bad mood after a bloodboiling phone conversation with smug SIL and ended up sleeping on the futon in the spare room (once I moved my laundry off it ) as was so angry and DH was snoring. So am achey and knackered.

Vinny, I am sure you build a support network in the Lakes. Am positive. That would be so good for your soul, to get home to lovely surroundings and open spaces. Whereabouts would you move to? I know that there are a few Mners in Grange, there was a thread once where someone's DS had gone missing and lots of people were in the area. You could get some advice on the local board for Cumbria?

Oh Bella, hope DS gets sorted. I hope it is just a teen thing.
