Feeling a bit anxious that things are starting, but sure it is just because baby is having a good wriggle and it will settle down again. But i want to sleep, but i can't

PortiaNovmerriment · 06/07/2010 01:26

Alicetheinvisible · 06/07/2010 01:29

Naughty little bugger darling, obviously heard me say to DH earlier "Well at least baby can come now all the carseat, moses basket and clothes are washed" Didn't bloody mean it though!

Waves to DEM, hope you got some sleep.

Alice, hope you are OK and resting up

Happy Tuesday everyone else

Alicetheinvisible · 06/07/2010 07:48

Morning lovely ladies

Total - you are doing fab!

Baby still here, but still niggling, i really think it is trying to turn around. Went to sleep about 3am

Lizzylou · 06/07/2010 08:00

Alice, DS2 went fom breech to head down at 36weeks, the night before my scan to book me in for a C/s. You'd have thought there wouldn't be enough room, but there must be!

Yes Total, you are doing fab, have you been Little Black dressing it?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 06/07/2010 08:03

Morning. Where is Norma with the tea trolley?

Glad the baby is still cooking Alice, even if he is being wriggly.

Alicetheinvisible · 06/07/2010 08:09

Lizzy - he is back to back atm, so i feel every tiny little movement (except they don't feel tiny!)

So tired

Mittz · 06/07/2010 08:22

Awww Alice , not easy for you but it is lovely hearing of the First thread baby's antics!

Alicetheinvisible · 06/07/2010 08:32

Mittz - you always make me feel calm
Hope you have a good day.

Morning!

Ah, wiggly baby. And ouch too.
Ds had his foot wedged under my ribcage for the last few weeks and I think he was trying to turn but the chunk hadn't any room left. His foot was all squashed when he was born. It's amazing what they can get up to in there.

TotalChaos · 06/07/2010 08:39

yay, glad that alice's baby is staying put today!

Lizzy - um not entirely doing as much exercise as I ought now it's been getting hot . Have had a crack at the kick boxing a few times.

bellavita · 06/07/2010 09:41

Oh Alice, both my babies were back to back. DS1 was in that postion for ages and ages and DS2 went into that position a couple of days before I gave birth. I had a dip on one side of my tummy with that postion. Consultant said that was a classic sign that they were presenting OP.

Alicetheinvisible · 06/07/2010 09:44

Did it give you backache? I have a huge dip over my belly button. Bit concerned about it because i am going for a natural birth after previous cs

DidEinsteinsMum · 06/07/2010 09:45

Ok folks. ds is safely at school -evil mummy made him go despite being exhausted (poor kid) so I am going to say night and catch up another time.

Alice - back to back is evil. makes sure you get the p massage thing done by DH else is will tear - even if cut. sorry if tmi but tis essential info i wish someone had given me.

at least last night was better then the up every half hour ofthe night before.

Night folks
