Welcome one and all to our 100,000,001th thread on healthier eating, losing weight, cake and of course cock chat!

So, I'm 8lbs lighter (still) and just maintaining....

Afternoon lovely ladies.

Alice, I don't remember having backache particularly, but I'm very long in the body, so had a bit of room iyswim.
Do what you can to optimise positioning though, I'd have spent every day on the exercise ball but I was too heavy for the cheapo one I bought.

How are the Fitflops Trills?

I'm already at over 10000 steps today.

I'm definitely not at that many steps, butI did cycle to work (a weedy 2 and a bit miles) so I have done something. Fitflops are nice, but I have no clue if they will achieve anything or just be lovely comfy giant flipflops.

i cant afford to take anymore time off, will lose my job, already have the acting team leader gunning for me, i think he is looking for any excuse atm

and he is blatantly pushing our real team leader out of the team and she doesnt know it

Bitter - fab shoes! Yes please to DVD's, especially Russell Howard, love him!

I am in a baaad mood now. Went to town. Had to pop into the place that our lovely bathroom cabinet is coming from. He reckons it has taken 7hrs to paint so is going to cost us double what he quoted - fuck off! I could paint my whole frigging bathroom in less than 7hrs at 8mths pg if i needed to. Cheeky bastard. Then i went to M&S to get a bra extender so i can wear my strapless bra on thurs. Woman said (really snotty) "We don't stock them, you shouldn't need one, it means your bra doesn't fit properly" well yes, i gave her this look and said "I am having a baby in 5 weeks, nothing fits" and walked out.

But i have my gym ball, a bag of plums from the market, a hairband to wear on thurs, a new bag, my rasberry leaf tea and a bra extender! (bought from the little sewing shop)

I can't say I am much improved, not quite so desperately depressed but can't get into another gear. So I am lurking a lot. I want to be OK so badly but it feels like a giant hand is pushing me down and I haven't got the strength to fight it.

I have done Level 3 shredding and some 10min abs. Am sure some of the DVD would be OK for you NOrma, but there are a lot of crunches. The pilates bit would be OK though, actually they do a pilates 10min solution DVD, that may be better for your back?
