Just done 20 minutes on the Wii Fit. And surprised myself by finding out I've lost a pound.

Hello lovely ladies - well completely unrealted to my work-related musings this week I am apparently geting a payrise! It is payrise season but not many people are getting one as we're not actualy doing too well as a company. But this was all decided before I said 'I can't make the meeting' on Tuesday and before I took out-of hours- calls at the BBQ last night.

Anyway, yay and I have just drunk some champagne in the park. About to order a takeaway. Will be away most of the weekend visiting a friend ( a group of us who went to university together try to meet up every couple of months in one of the cities we live in).

Will try to catch up while DP looks at the menu...

Norma, on the top of the phone, there is a pin pick sized hole, you get a little tool with your phone, stick it in and the little your sim card sits in should pop up.
