Hi all. I am v healthy and have been for a 15-mile bike ride this evening.

Well, it would have been more healthy if there hadn't been a BBQ halfway along, but still not bad.

Nearly time for bed methinks.

Oh, and I got good work brownie points by answering my phone during the BBQ to my boss who was saying that bigger boss wanted to talk about something and I was the only one who could possibly explain it. I got him to pass on that I was at a BBQ and so wouldn't have any data in front of me but would do my best.

Will try to read through, depends how much chatter there has been

Trills, yes I loved my free gift and have been using it.

I do have a ringtone on my I-Phone but I had to pay for it. Think it was 99p. It is the Black Eyed Peas.

Bleugh, I do not like the you know what in my mouth so I neither a spitter or a swallower as I don't actually get that far!!!

It is supposedly DS2's sports afternoon today, but looking at the weather I don't think it is going to happen. Some of England is going to have a heatwave for a couple of days and there is a hot weather warning and they are giving the NHS number out.

I have been dreaming of iPhones I've been looking online & I upgrade early to the iPhone 4 but tb I'd rather have the 3GS I can see I can get an IOS 4 upgrade for that phone from Apple but can't see if it's free or not?

On the weightloss front , I am -2.5lb and back down to my lowest weight. Woo Woo. Not sure how after the weekend of delicious fry ups and BBq's at Fanny's , but this week has been pretty stressy and minimal food.
