Sorry to rush into all about me, but i am majorly pissed off. School nurse just been on the phone to me, just checking up on Junior's reflux situation (bottom end, not top) and blood test/pressure results etc. She asked about her aspergers asessement, i said we were STILL waiting. She checked her records, turned out we have missed two appointments because they were sent to our old address. Despite me ringing them twice (as well as the OT) to tell them we had moved. So, becuase we missed those two, junior has been discharged - without actually knowing this
AM fuming, and said to the nurse that did this mean we would have to wait months and months again - she said no (she was cross on our behalf) and that as soon as she got back to her office, she would chase it up.
I feel so sorry for Junior, she is getting passed around from pillar to post At least school nurse said she thought it was a good idea to have a meeting with senco before the end of term, and that she would love to come Me thinks she is a 'kicking ass' kind of nurse
But, am still pissed off, and still prepared for yet another lengthy wait
