Lizzy - ah that's my life too with exercising - when I go on the Wii I get DS offering helpful "advice" . advantage of the exercise DVDs is I can shut myself away in my bedroom if needs must! I've been avoiding joining even the council gym, as my rationale for buying wii and wii fit was to avoid gym costs, but at times it is tempting!
