When I got on the scales yesterday morning before I left for Manchester, I had lost some more weight. I daren't get on the scales now because I feel very bloated. Hopefully over the next couple of days I can get back to normal.

Tracey, everyone was to die for.... all looked fab and beautiful. Shiney and I retired quite early at about half midnight (but I had been awake since 5.15am that morning as I was so excited) and we did get an extra cocktail in at the wine bar at lunchtime.

Hello, I'm TotalChaos, I was fat, started posting on these threads and am less fat, woo hoo.

I am tempted by the Dukan Diet too, but have not enough self restraint, I reckon. Will stick to my plan of much less booze and the Fukan Exercise Programme.

DIB, was indeed eventful. DS had sickness bug, which he gave to me, DH had a cold (which he kept to himself) and DD caught chicken pox. Pretty impressive all told . We had a good time though. We were very British about it all and fought with humour and courage agains the adversity

BTW, I'm mycat and I am rejoining WW on Tuesday. I will not give up now (although didn't put any weight on on holiday, funny that!!)
