Saf, the volunteering sounds like a great idea, I have ni idea where you would find out more info though.

Double, hope your dog returns safe and sound.

@ all the hangovers.

TC, have e-mailed you.

So Manchester had a few more for the All Day Disco then?

Off to work in a bit. Cup of tea first.

Bella tis true- I reckon it was all shiney's fault . That girl does have the cheekiness gene doesn't she?

SAF - well done on getting under 10 stone - it's a real landmark.

Morning!

Alice, you're getting there!

Double. I like your attitude. Hope the doggy turns up soon.

SAF, sounds like you've got some plans in motion, I'm glad to hear it.

It's a gorgeous day here in North Wales, and we'll be making the most of it very soon.

In important DIET news - I had a proteiny breakfast like I've been meaning to for months weeks, and I've just shredded for the first time.

I may have trouble using my arms later, but I feel goooood.

SAF we always came by train when I was little. Bloody hard work so we hired a car to get here this summer.
It's fine once we're here though, we went into Porthmadog on the bus and there's plenty to do where we are.
It depends whereabouts you go though I guess.

Alicetheinvisible · 14/06/2010 10:07

SAF - i have sent you a message on FB wrt Surestart/volunteering

Funnily enough, until i was taken into hospital, it never occurred to me that this baby would come early. Was convinced DD would but went into labour on her due date so assumed this one would do the same. It has made me a bit more organised though

Double - hope you find your dog. I was really worried when i couldn't find our cat the other day (it is a stupid cat)

Wasting - well done you!

We booked our holiday yesterday. 4 nights at centreparcs in november. I am stupidly excited

leaningtoweroflaundry · 14/06/2010 10:13

marking and running have to go to class!!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 14/06/2010 10:17

Off to work - have a lovely day, ladies.

Lizzylou · 14/06/2010 10:42

Morning all

I am still hungover and v tired, which is only to be expected I suppose.

Double, hope you find your dog

SAF, you sound full of plans, good for you!

DEM, you are slim and you look ridiculously young!

Alice, how you feeling? You resting? (sorry!)

Wasting, sound like you're having fun

Am trying Dukan today and so far have eaten some prawns, which is wierd on a Monday morning I think, or any morning actually.
Am hoping by the end of the week I wil have magically transformed into Hells

hellsbelles · 14/06/2010 10:57

at prawns for breakfast! I usually do an egg as that seems slightly more breakfasty!

Lizzy - please don't get disappointed if it doesn't work for the first few days...remember it was slow for me for a bit...and then it was whoosh...like some weird flesh eating thing!

Did you manage to track down any oatbran? I still haven't got any although I know I'm supposed to be having it.

Lizzy - I am not sure I could eat prawns for breakfast > You are lovely and you will slip down the drain if you are not careful! As will Hells!

Alicetheinvisible · 14/06/2010 11:15

SAF - i do that! DD will be in the garden and i will still have cbeebies on I am a wuss and had to have an epidural at only 3cms dilated

Lizzy - prawns for breakfast? I am not 'resting' anymore, i am doing what my body lets me do iyswim? Yesterday afternoon, instead of going to the horses with DH i napped on the sofa, then started dinner. I overdid it a bit last week due to huge bathroom overhaul, so was out most of the day for 3 days. Felt tired and sore, but contractions have eased off now, only get them if the baby is having a really good turn around. Still getting the BH though, so that is a good indicator of dong too much.
