Well, the national guys turned up and got the bolt off and the spare tyre on. Supposedly they will call me tomorrow and tell me what else they will do for me. Am very embarrassed for screaming at people and then crying in front of them, but it did work! I am hoping they will tell me to come down there and they will remove all the locking bolts and give me a new tyre for all the trouble this has caused. We shall see....

DH has arrived back and helped me wrestle DS down to get ointment in his eyes. My ear is still hurting and DS's eyes probably won't be enough better to go to nursery, so am going to stay home tomorrow. My two hilarious colleagues phoned up to see how I was doing and reckoned I shouldn't worry about coming in as there is sod all to do at the moment.

bella, I feel your pain. I am sick of having to tell DH what needs to be done, he just cannot see it!

ooh, remember I was looking for shoes to go with that dress on my profile? I got some yesterday at the cheap shoe place. They look very similar to the ones Sazz found (white t-bar) but they were only £7!!! I haven't tried them with the dress yet so not entirely sure they will work but if they do, what a find....

I've been knitting and enjoying my best telly night of Flash Forward and Glee.

Hello. I'm wasting. I needs to lose loads of weight and really need to stop pissing about.

Here is an interesting thing I read that I am going to try and remind myself of all the time :-
Self control is remembering what it is you REALLY want.

I can't actually imagine if it feels good to be slim, but I know that I really want to be able to run and ride a bike, shop somewhere other than Evans and dance.
Hopefully that will be the incentive I need.

I'm going to try and restrict daytime computing from now, too much to do, but will check in every day.

ok 12 pages in and marking place to go catch up. I'm DEM started at 13 stone got down to justunder 11 but this last bit of carp has push the emotional eating thing and back up to about 11 1/2.
To lose weight I skate alot and forget to eat alot. which is false economy and i end up eating to much calorie wise cos i dont eat properally.

Just got back from training and have had a really random conversation which has left me feeling wtf how did we end up discussing that? not going to dlivelge here but will else where if you are interested. but as this is a school night and most have to be up for work and i am late home i dont expect to find many up. Up to page 4 and no shiney yet. Tell me she puts in an appearance or have we lost her to rl too

Can you get sporadic hayfever?? I remember once suffering when I was about 14 but never suffered since until now. I am constantly sneezing and my eyes are sooo itchy and I wear contacts so that doesnt help either. Bloody nightmare.

Lizzy yay for new TV. DH keeps hinting at a 3D one to which I keep replying Over my dead body.
DH always moans that im on here when he walks in from work. But the flat is usually tidy and the kids arent running wild through the woods of the West Midlands so I dont think he should moan.
